Seismic Punch: The attacker?s arms become engulfed by a glowing ki aura. This causes their attacks to be faster and more powerful, depending on how much energy the user charges into the attack. However, this effect only lasts for a few moments due to its drain on the users ki.

This was the best description I could come up with, but I think I got the point across. If not just let me know and I'll change it....I'm not very creative in that department lol. Or maybe someone else could help me out with a description...So how about it...can I have it? Big Grin
