Got some new move slots, need approving.

Galactic Donut Rings - Extending his index finger, Koola draws an imaginery circle in the air. Following the finger's movement, three yellow rings of ki are formed, one above the other. The Icer picks his target and then throws the rings towards it. If they hit, the rings constrict around the target, binding (usually) in the same place; upper arms, torso, and legs. These rings are very hard to break, and leave the target unable to move. Koola can then either beat them up while helpless, or choose to explode the rings from a distance, doing light to moderate damage.

Renzoku Shine Shine Missile - Used to pummel a target with a continuous stream of stronger-than-average energy bolts. Koola launches ki blasts at a fast rate, showering the target. Typically used in aggravated and/or desperate situations.

Eye Beams - Koola simply fires energy beams from his eyes. Not titanically powerful, but still packs a punch, especially to a foe who is unaware of them. Although similar to performance speed and appearance to Death Beam, they cannot pierce; they explode on impact.

Energy Wave Pulse (EWP) - Simplistic and effective. Koola tenses his muscles and launches an invisible shockwave from his body that travels in all directions. If anyone is struck by it, any means of ki detection is frazzled (ie. scouter, ki sense), allowing Koola to slip off the radar. The pulse feels like a strong buffet of water, so it creates a split-second disorienting effect also.

Icer Fury - A rarely utilised attack, but by far Koola's strongest. When Koola's rage gets too much to contain, he starts screaming. His aura flows untamed, eventually transforming into a blue dome filled with electricity. More charge time creates an overlapping dome. The longer he charges, the more domes there are. Once there is too much energy contained within the domes, it detonates, creating a massive eruption of power.

There are two downsides. Number one, Koola must be in his x20 transformation or higher. Number two, once performed, the changeling has no more energy, and he collapses unconscious.
