Rewards?

After reading that statement from Rad I thought about something. PCIII and DA:C rewards were never given, originally PCIII rewards were promised but eventually it was stated in the 'Honorific Incentives' thread that saga participation was going to be counted as one of those things to add advantages after the turn over.

So, if staff are "going to continue running things as though there will be no changes", shouldn't these rewards be given out? I don't mean to sound rude, and it's nothing personal since I barely competed in PC and didn't enter DA:C, but for those that did, if there is a CHANCE that the turnover may not happen, shouldn't they just get their rewards for their hard work now?

Unless I am just HORRIBLY mistaken and rewards were issued, in that case I am really sorry for ignorance.

Don't mean to sound prissy or start something, especially right after the 'Listen Up' thread, but I was just curious.
