The krillin is from scratch. The thing in the back ground is a redrawn image, though it took far longer to do as it is than the Krillin did. If I remember right, I have one of the earlier stages of the sig in my MS paint thread.

You can see that in the first version I just pasted by drawn (yes from scratch) image of Krillin over the iverted image of a twisted smile. In the last image, I put my own hand-drawn interp on the coloring.
Oh and here is the Krillin picture I looked at as a reference:
