Fusion Shields
Koola creates two shields of energy that rest over the tops of his forearms, roughly the size of a briefcase each. These shields take little energy to create and sustain, and they are capable of deflecting basic ki blasts and can even be used to block physical attacks. Their disadvantages are that they cannot defend against best moves and the placement of the shield/s must be accurate to prevent damage. To protect against best moves, Koola can bring his forearms together in front of him and fuse the shields into one large defensive barrier, which expands to cover his whole front. Almost any attack can be blocked with this, but if it's a beam or constant attack, it will eventually fade.
I had this move when I was TU, so I don't think there'll be any problems.
