A new addition to the chart has been made.
Repuation Points.
Reputation points can be beneficial or harmful, perhaps even both, depending on the direction they go. They denote how well known you are, and what you are known for depends on what you have done. For example:
Average Joe gains his reputation by helping old ladies cross the street. He has 20 RP. He is well liked, people greet him in the streets, and the local shopkeep gives him a break on some items.
Average Jane pushed old ladies into traffic. She has 20 RP. People glare as she walks past and the local shopkeep does his best to jack up prices as high as he can.
Its not simply for items and such but you get the gist. Everyone starts with 2 due to your past missions together, and if you have a charisma mod, it gets added to that. Every time you receive points the charisma mod adds to that as well.
