Advanced Solar Flare: Shimmering ki, in the form of a tennis ball, forms in his palm. He hurls the ball up into the air. It then expands, shining like a replica of the sun itself, brightening even a dark sky. He then soars into the sky, back facing the emitted light, to perform a Solar Flare, which leaves his opponent temporarily immobilized by the blinding light.
