Android 18 made me replace self destruct so a replaced it with rapid bullets. It still needs approval. She just tol dme to add it in here with everything else.

Hair: Orange Mohawk
Body Build: Camo Looking armor with what would seem to be a black under armor. He is a rather bulky looking character with all of this armor and seems to ahve arather well built body underneath atleast his armor makes it looks this way.

Moves:
Hells Flash: Underneath Android #16's hands are very powerful laser cannons. Once his hands are removed Android #16 uses these laser cannons to unleash the awesome Hell's Flash attack.
Rapid Bullets: a ki like attack that is fired from the guns that’ are inside the massive androids wrists. This move is not as strong of a blast as hell’s flash as it is an attack that is done by firing a massive amount of small ki blast rather then one larger one. This can be fired form one or both arms.
Rocket Punch: One of Sixteen?s favorite hand to hand attacks. Using his detachable fists the android launches them at his opponent. Upon detachment, the two fists activate their small rocket engines for extra boost. This attack homes it on it?s opponent, and their rocket propulsion is good for a few minutes of burst.
