I'd think things would go better if the RPG discussion forum were a main forum in the Asylum/QSA group of OOC forums. It may seem a superfluous move I think it being 'out there' might promote more activity inside.
I say this because the 'latest thread' displayed for that group is almost always from the Asylum and I rarely go there, or even think about the RPG discussion board. It may end up changing nothing, and I admit thats the more likely outcome, but theres at least a chance getting more active discussion, and thus getting more interest in role playing in general.
Besides, doesn't having the Roleplay discussion forum a sub forum of the chat board send a bit of an unconscious message towards priority. =D
