Creates a ball of light within his palm, which quickly ascends into the sky, expanding to the size of three basketballs. He then leaps in front of the shining light, placing each of his palms in front of him, fingers a centimeter away from his eyes. He then fuses his ki with the light, causing the light rays to reflect into the eyes of the opposition, temporarily blinding them.
