I like my character because I'm literally just making shit up as I go. I haven't planned a damn thing in advance except her background. No matter what I choose to do from here on out, nothing will hinder my growth, because I don't have any actual plans.

I usually do this with all my characters. Way more fun to just 'wing it,' planning the occasional story arc here and there.

The last book totally freaked me out. I mean, it was more about promoting gay pride than Harry Potter. I can remember the line that really made me dislike the book:

"Students of Hogwarts, I have always known that you all were as different as the colors of the rainbow... you were red, blue, yellow, green, anything you wanted to be... but now, Hogwarts will have a new dress code. Rainbow cloaks. Mrs. Minerva McGonagall, in honor of my coming out of the closet, has enchanted all of your robes to turn rainbow and tye-dye. Oh, and there was a reason I put males in a dormitory and females in another... from now, experimentation will be your official homework!"
