Like you wouldn't have a problem with someone joining and using Raditzu? He was a minor character, he lasted like 3 episodes.

What logic are we going by here?

He's RPing a 6-year-old Konat.

There is a provision for Namekians to use canon pictures because of the limited availability. We're using that logic and extending it to cover Konats.
