I guess if it can lead people to start reading other, better books when they don't read at all ... I sort of maybe, grudgingly, guess Twilight is possibly a good thing.

She then when on to lecture me about the storyline and such and I stopped her halfway through reached up on the book shelf and pulled down a copy of The hobbit. And I said no matter what you say nothing can be more awesome than what is contained in these pages. She smiled and I set the book back down on the shelf and walked away. When I looked back she actually had the hobbit in hand. You approach little girls in bookstores? I always call girls my age ... well, girls. I never figured there was a hard age cap until today when I urbandictionary'd it and discovered that apparently the consensus has different ideas.
Edit: as an afterthought I hope Milk Bubble doesn't mind us completely derailing her thread. ![]() Bra Wrote:People are dumb, essentially.

the 18-mid 20 range is the perfect time to start calling them "woman." they aren't used to it, so when you're flirting and play coy with a "woman, control yourself" you can get some interesting results.

You should print the sign out and secretly put it up in a bookstore, then watch the magic happen.
