Rant time: I hate people that rage at their teammates. All of them. It's incredibly immature and usually a thinly-veiled way of trying not to look like a bad player yourself (which seems to be some kind of moral black hole in online gaming culture). Honestly, it never bothers me when people on the enemy team are douches, but when someone on my own team starts doing it, it makes me want to play a different game. Ex: yesterday, upon dying nowhere near me, someone immediately goes OMG, HELIXAGON and then follows up with an explanation that it's my fault because I died in their lane once and now the enemy is 'fed'.

It also makes me weep when you see this kind of behaviour and the target of the rage is like "sorry, my bad". As though making a mistake entitles someone else to be a dickhead about it. It's a vicious cycle of moronity that makes people feel the NEED to blame others for losing, lest they themselves be blamed and verbally lynched. It's this kind of culture which makes it difficult to get new people to play these games.

I was 7/10/23 and then a Shaco, at 9/11/16 reported me for "Unskilled." God I fucking hate people.

I know I have a bad habit of accidentally KSing, not meaning to. I just dont want them to get away...

My last game i was playing Ryze, with a Pantheon on Top with me. There was a Corki and Katrina at the bottom and Ez in the middle.

I think Ez may have had a stick up his ass, I'm not sure, but I know Katrina did. She was mad at Corki for something like him being new to him. I think she bitched for a while and then it started to get mid game. Me and Pantheon stopped fucking around and went ahead and destroyed the first two towers in our lane. Next thing I know Katrina is bitching about losing to Miss Fortune and says "No wonder! You guys fed her!"

I'm sitting there thinking... "Was she blind? Did she not see Miss Fortune's name appear for killing people? And if she's talking like shes so bad ass in the game, shouldn't she be able to handle a fed Fortune"

No and it's only to check for errors in the matchmaking system. It doesn't incur a penalty in any way shape or form. I don't even think you can report (or at least get your reports read) if you're in ranked.

"Report for Unskilled" essentially gets filtered into a trash bin. The people who are that fucking petty are GOING to report someone that achieved their ire, regardless of actually deserving it. So if they felt that someone "sucked and fed their lane" (aka, has three fewer deaths than they themselves most of the time), they "Report for Feeding", "Report for Assisting Enemy Team", etc. Those reports are for different purposes, so they clutter the real reports with noise. Now people see "Report for Unskilled", hear that "it adjusts their ELO", and go "THSI GUY SUKS, I AM IN ELO HELL, REPORTED TO GET HIM OUT OF MY ELO, GTFO NOOB" without clogging up real reports.

So far, I have two losses. Both of those losses were due to an ap carry squishy (veigar for the first, annie for the second) going 0/8 by the fifteenth minute, while the rest of the team did fine. And, of course, we got steamrolled for it.

Unfucking believable. I never once saw Annie use her Q for a last hit. She'd chuck her tibbers out to clear a simple minion wave. She'd recall in the middle of a fucking lane, not in a bush, fuck no, in the middle of a fucking lane.

And I got a ranked loss for it, and lost ELO for it. Serious. Fucking. Bullshit.
