Can't target a beacon if you're stunned. Mummy or Annie.

Dancing around, but not directly on top of beacon, makes it hard-to-hit.

Forgot that stuns last forever and that there's no such things as AoE abilities. My bee.

In serious, I can't see taking Rally over Exhaust or Ignite or Clairvoyance or even Ghost or Teleport in anything outside of an ARAM game for all the reasons everyone else has already said.

Also, I don't think any team is really going to go out of their way to target a rally... and if they do then sweet. I have heard of the tank grabbing rally before.

If you can push a minion wave up as someone who isn't normally known as a threat to towers you can add some serious damage to your push. 35AD x 7 (tank wave) plus the 50% bonus damage to turrets... it's like a 370AD bonus for just the minions.

I didn't realize that you had to hit the talent to get the AP. That's... very sad. Like... that's actually really dumb. wtf @ Riot. In order to get a talent that gives AP you need to take bonuses to your physical damage. How does that make any sense?

I would definitely use it in a kite/poke comp or in a strong split-push comp. Giving minions an extra 10~35 AD is just silly.
