There's no such thing as an upside down Star of David. Because of how the Star of David is constructed, it is symmetrical on the horizontal and vertical axis. Flipping it 90, or 180 degrees would not change how it looks.
I believe you mean the upside down Pentagram, and even then, I think the official Satanic symbol has a circle around it.

See? Exactly what I was talking about. One symbol means one thing to one person, and something to a different person, and so on and so forth. And that's under the assumption that you're thinking of the correct symbol to begin with.
