Because it was intentionally used. Outcast territory is the farthest from any other forces territory from Dante. For the emphasis of my example, Outcasts is best.

Also note that defecting must be made public. It's simply not fair for your force if you disappear for two days, and then after those two days you mysteriously appear and say, "Oh, hey, I'm in Dante territory now and I'm on their side."

I assume that in the event that someone "defects" but turns on us once they get to our side, to where they play double agent for their original or even newer team, they'll not get the voucher? To make them pay for their loyalty?

Presumably correct.

They get the voucher when they first join, but Dante will simply not pay it when the time comes if that person plays as a double agent.

Actually what I`m saying is that you used Outcasts specificlly beacuse Outcasts is the greatest rival to Dante and also holds some very good RPers/strong characters, so you are hoping that somebody from Outcasts will take your voucher offer.

Dante and Outcasts are doing the best, organization wise. I haven't seen a ton from United yet, but I'm confident Bardock will pull things together. Lucifer has a lot planned, but he's not doing a terrific job keeping his soldiers informed.

I beat you last time we fought. and I'm pretty sure it takes an emotional trigger to unleash SSJ2 for the first time, so you should be on my level, unless they let you skate by without it.

And it seems like more then 3 because i keep having to twist everyone you switch to keep the rivalry. Now i have to hate a little girl.

He already earned x40, so no, it doesn't take an emotional trigger, but last time I checked he was rping Pan as still unable to control SSJ2
