Celipa flexes her calf muscle, and North Dakota blows up. With a smile on her face, she somehow appears up on a dictator's stand in a fancy uniform of some sort. A random flag appears in the background, probably with nine different colors or something. Using her dictator powers, Celipa takes over the southern half of Australia.
