You dont have to show Vegeta being badass, Vegeta is simply badass. It was supposed to show Trunks being badass, or w/e you wanna call it. Therefore, like father like son.

Well, when Trunks is all bloody and beaten up and being uncouth and then Vegeta is all pristine and showing his little grin, I don't see how that shows they are alike. =\

Pulling the whole "Vegeta is simply badass" doesn't make the sig good.
