I don't understand why people would sign up only to not do anything.

Grr feels like this thing is a waste of my time if only 7 of the 16 people actually sent in stuff.

Not that I'm actually interested or care about extra points or anything honestly, but maybe people would actually take part in it more if there was some kind of zeni reward or something. =/
