Metal Koola watched as the doors slid open in front of him, and everyone turned to look. He always did enjoy automatic doors, there was something so amazing about them to him. Like wherever he went there was this aura about him and all doors were open. Of course if a door didn't open, he'd have no problem blasting it down, but the feeling of walking up to a closed area and having it 'magically' open in front of him; fantastic!
Everyone gazed upon him as his freshly scrubbed exterior shimmered in the artificial lighting that the room was filled with. There was a bit too much of it actually; almost as if the owners were trying to waste it to settle a feud with the electric company. It irritated MK's eyes and he quickly adjusted the thin layer of film that coated his eyes accordingly. Within seconds they were readjusted and the room was now dulled and viewable.
Numbers lined the walls of the large room, obviously to accommodate all the combatants for this little game. He held up the card he had been given with all the rules and a list of frequently asked questions. He flipped it, knowing most of the rules from previous DA's and looked at the number he had scribbled on the back. He had been assigned number forty-three. His eyes scanned over the two sides until they reached the far back of the room where largely printed numbers matched the one on his card.
43 ? yes, this is the bed he was assigned. He looked to his left and right, and noticed only one of the two occupied. The one that was not against the wall. Some retarded-ninja looking fellow who he hoped not to have to speak much with. He certainly didn't seem too powerful, but he couldn't really tell without his ki sense activated. He looked at the duffle bag placed on his bed and walked over to it, unzipping it and dumping everything out, then upon noticing the most amazing item of all, quickly shoved everything back in. This was certainly going to help give him an edge in this little festival.
He looked through the rest of the items and found a scouter. He placed it over his eye and aimed it at the people around him. There weren't too many tough opponents here, save the few who always attended these events. He saw Tapion and Minoshia... his old allies turned enemies in the cold war. This might be his best opportunity to get some revenge. He scanned more and found Yamu, the one person who had ever managed to kill him with a pitiful attack. He still hadn't let that go... and it had been ages. A stupid attack such as a ki shotgun sending him to the afterlife, grah! how infuriating!
He scanned the room some more and saw a few familiar faces. Of course 18 and Raditzu were here, he'd probably find a way to talk to them during DA... maybe he could even manage to form a small alliance with them. It was always helpful to have strong allies.
He picked up the duffel bag and laid down on the bed, clutching the zippered bag to his chest and nodded off to sleep, or at least whatever the android equivalent to sleep was. He was going to need his rest for the day ahead. One thing was for sure, no one was getting to that bag... NO ONE!

OOC: Excuse my RPing ahead of time, I?m a bit drugged up?
IC: It seemed like in an instant, Vegeta was teleported to a ship of sorts. No doubt this was the ship that will lead them to the tournament. He noticed how different it looked since the very first Dante?s Abyss, obviously technology was a thing utilized amongst the producers. His eyes gazed down at the dozens of beds that were posted around the largest room on this vessel. It seemed like a hall fit for Kings, or where very large sorority parties should be held.
Vegeta walked down the line counting numbers until he reached the one for him. ?Number 27.? He said, looking down at the small cot. ?Not royalty-like, but what can you expect?? He shrugged and threw his small belongings on to the bed ?claiming? it his own. There was a bag hanging off the head rest which immediately caught his attention. His hand slipped the top open, and he gazed carefully down into it. Yep, there it was; all the things he saw at the Information Center were in that bag. ?It?ll have to do.? Vegeta muttered and closed the back. He covered it up in his bed, almost trying to hide it as he turned and began walking towards the large crowds in the center of the room.
He noticed many familiar faces, and many that he?s never seen before. Vegeta?s face was in the state of rock-hood, a place which shown such seriousness like humor was not a factor. This was his ?I?m a hard ass? look that he puts on every time he first walks into a room with a lot of people. He wasn?t one to look like a pussy right off the bat, and always did a fine job proving it. There was someone who immediately caught his eye like an elephant standing in your back yard. ?Raditzu?? He whispered under his breath, almost as if he was trying to communicate with the long haired Saiya-jin. There he was, the greatest rival Vegeta has ever known. Anywhere he went; it seemed that Raditzu was always there. It was almost as if the King was counting on seeing the beast of a warrior here, and apparently he wasn?t let down.
But of course if one is here, so is the other. Vegeta?s eyes didn?t have to travel far in order to see her, Android-18. Likewise, anywhere Raditzu was, more than often the female android would be close by. How funny it would be for him to just spring up in the middle of nowhere and throw a few punches before the Tournament he thought, but then again, there were just too many people around. Vegeta kept his urges within him, and he knew there would be a time and place for anything. He turned, so his vision would be free of the bondage from this pair, and he gazed around the room once again.
His ally, his closest friend Reijin could be spotted exchanging a few words towards his son. It didn?t look friendly, but the exact dialogue could not be determined from his distance. He wondered just what it was about, but knew both of them could handle themselves. Not far off was Bra, who appeared to be quite the popular one aboard this ship. How long has it been since he?s seen her daughter? It was about due time that he said hello. Probably the most nerve wreaking thing he was thinking about right now, was if his daughter would be happy to see him or not. Being a good father wasn?t one of the King?s strong points.
His feet tracked themselves all the way up to the small huddle, and he noticed Reijin was headed towards the same direction. As Vegeta approached quietly behind the young girl, his heart began to pound a bit faster, almost as it would if he was preparing for battle. He stopped, and cursed himself under his breath. ?Calm down you bastard?? He took a deep breath and placed his right hand onto Bra?s left shoulder in order to get her attention. He was anticipating her reaction with haste.

Bulma sat on the bed, with her body leaned against the wall with her eyes clothed. She had been meditating for an hour. The ship had taken off with all 44 competitors on it. This was her time to train, not to be distracted by anyone on the ship. She could feel her energy growing by the second. Strands of sweat made their way down her face. She used one had to wipe it off while she continued to meditate. She opened her eyes, satisfied with her efforts. Her meditation had been successful. She could feel the power increase. She smiled, pleased with herself. For some reason she didn?t feel like communicating with anyone. She was 100% focused on the task at hand, winning Dante?s Abyss. She was aware that people were searching for her on the ship, but she decided to keep herself him on her bed, labelled number 40.
In her bag contained two days worth supply of bread and two days supply of water. There was also a compass which would be of great use to her, as well as the map of Dante?s Abyss. Her bag also contained a scouter, which she was very familiar with, and a random map which she didn?t feel was necessary. She however kept all of her items with her along with her weapon which she wasn?t impressed by.
This aggravates me. Is this some sort of joke? Why should I downgrade myself to this? I would have to rely on my abilities. This isn?t even a weapon. It is some sort of practical joke. I can only see some use for this!
Bulma gritted her teeth as she let out a loud growl. Her growl had made a couple of people finally take note of her. ?THIS IS A JOOOOOOOOKE!? She roared out loud, not caring who was watching her. Her attention suddenly sprung towards a saiyan who seemed to be troubling her eldest child. She grunted, but stayed where she was. She knew Trunk?s was capable of handling himself. Bulma couldn?t quite make out his words. She had only heard the word ?Dante? come out. Her son was obviously disturbed by the other saiyan?s presence and he wasn?t hiding it. It seemed to her that Trunk?s despised him. Any enemy of her son was considered an enemy of hers.
Huh, is that Vegeta? Heavens! It is him?
Bulma pounced off her bed immediately and walked towards him. He seemed to have his attention on a young cyan haired teen who seemed quite familiar to the woman. She didn?t want to admit it but the teenager resembled her greatly in appearance. The resemblance was uncanny. They shared the same face, same eyes, same hair she watched as Vegeta put his hand of her right shoulder. This made Bulma?s face tighten. Her face turned bright red. The teen was pretty and she had to admit it. She knew that look in Vegata?s eyes all to well. It was the look of affection, the same look he used to give to Bulma whenever he was pleased to see her.
What the hell does he want with that teenage girl?
Bulma walked over to Vegeta who was unaware she was approaching him. She placed her gentle hand on his back. ?Vegeta.? Her presence made him jump back a little. It was perfectly clear that he was surprised to see her.

?Vegeta? his name was called by a voice which seemed like a dream. It was familiar, vaguely familiar. His head slowly turned to the touch of a hand on his back, and what he saw caused him to jump back in disbelief.
?Ugh! B..Bulma?? He blinked his eyes and shook his head as if what he saw was an illusion. Not only has it been years since he?s seen the woman, but to see her on a ship where 43 other incredible fighters were traveling to compete for the title of supremacy was unheard of. ?Bulma?what are you doing here?? He questioned the human female.
?Me? What are YOU doing here? No, rather, where the hell have you been all these years?? Her questions caused flashbacks and memories of the past when the briefs family lived all together under the same house hold. She questioned him the same way she did so long ago after he would come home late from a night of training, or going out for some peace and quiet. It was both uneasy, yet comforting in a strange sort of fashion. ?And what are you doing with that teenage girl?? Apparently she was jealous, but for what reason?
?Hm?? Vegeta took a glance over his shoulder at Bra, their daughter. Perhaps she didn?t? recognize her, after all, Vegeta wasn?t the only parent who had neglected Bra for a few years. ?Woman?can?t you recognize your own daughter?? Vegeta smirked evilly as he loved pointing out her flaws.
?You mean, Bra?? Her eyes spoke words of shock and awe. Vegeta nodded in response.

?So, Pops, got any brilliant ideas for this little shin-dig??
Bardock refocused his attention on his son, having occupied himself with watching new fighters arrive. Any intimacy between his two companions wasn?t any of his business. He?d found it more amusing watching Raditzu?s nervous twitches. There was always fun to be had when it wasn?t you in the doghouse.
?By the way?they have anything to eat around here??
The elder saiyan broke into a laugh?a sad, ironic laugh.
?What?s so funny? There?s nothing funny about a man and his food,? Rad insisted, patting his stomach.
?Hate to break it to you, son, but there ain?t going to be any waffles for you,? Bardock shrugged. He nodded his chin over to his son?s bag. ?Bread and water for two days. That?s it.?
?Madness!? the younger roared, outraged.
Unfortunately, the father missed the rest of what was surely a comedic reaction, because a familiar presence of energy alerted his senses. It wasn?t really that specific body of ki that made him turn his head, more the feeling that came with it. A raving mad Raditzu in the background, Bar searched for the source of the unsettling sensation. His eyes narrowed as they came across that of Prince Vegeta, whom he had recently learned had been crowned king in the recent stepping down of the royalty?s father. Vegeta was glaring at Raditzu malevolently, exuding nothing but pure enmity, even as his dark eyes traveled from the longhaired saiyan to the androidess lying next to him. He didn?t seem to notice the fellow patriarch looking back at him. Bardock?s face turned serious, because the expression on the new king?s face was one that wanted to start something. That presented a minor conflict: Bardock retained a shred of loyalty to the monarchy that ruled his homeworld, while feeling a sense of duty to protect his family. Bar had no personal argument with Vegeta, and preferred it to stay that way. Fortunately, nothing came of the venomous glower, as the monarch turned away, presumably to find his comrades and family. The seasoned warrior took into serious consideration that by allying himself with Raditzu and Android 18, he would also be putting forth a hand in association to any vendettas called against the pair. It was a risk he was willing to take; although he was a small fish in a big pond, he would make anyone sorry they laid a hand on his children while he was around. Putting them in their place was his job.
Just then, the room they were presently in rocked violently, startling Bardock from his thoughts. He had completely zoned out, ignoring those nearby. The evolved ape stumbled a bit, trying to regain his balance.
?Forget your walker, old man?? Raditzu jested, although he too swayed a bit from his seated position.
Bardock?s head wordlessly spun to meet his offspring?s look, and then turned in another direction to allow full view of what was happening.
It should have been obvious: they had departed for Dante?s Abyss, an island of no return. Then he was reminded of the fact that killing wasn?t really killing, a tweak in the game-play that took most of the thrill out of it. What risk was there, now that there wasn?t anything precious at stake? It defeated the purpose of a death tournament to remove actual death as a possible consequence. He supposed there were always bragging rights and a sense of competition, but that could be had in an everyday street brawl. This was supposed to be the pinnacle of the fight, regressed to its most primal form of treachery and bloody mayhem. Such a thought also brought to light a very neglected prospect: if any of the family was forced to eliminate each other. It was an unlikely but very possible event that could come to pass and left a sour taste in Bardock?s mouth. He?d been through that before, and wasn?t so eager to relive the experience. His own personal code demanded that it be done if necessary: the weaker must be punished. Unfortunately, he was the short stack of the hand, every time. Even so, he wasn?t the type of guy to give up, no matter the odds. He would fight with everything he had to his last breath.
?Looks like it?s almost game time. I prefer good ol? fashioned fist to face. Strategy isn?t really my strongpoint, so there?s no point in going with anything else but beating the shit out of people,? Bardock smirked, answering the previous question that had been left hanging. ?I don?t know about you two, but that?s my bright idea.?
The black-haired bruiser faced Eighteen. ?I?m not going to lie: I wanna finish what we started, so if it ever comes down to that, you can be sure I?m all in. Seems only right for DA. But I give my word I won?t start anything unless you do first.? Then he looked at his son, a glint of crazy thrill in his eyes. ?That goes for you, too.?
With that, he cast his lot.

?Bulma, what are you doing here?? asked the saiyan King.
?Me?? She tugged her combat clothes to state the obvious to him. ?Why don?t you tell me exactly what you?re doing here? Vegeta where have you been all these years!? she yelled. A tear almost came out of her right eye when she said that. Her whole family once all lived together. Oh what happy times they had, until one by one, they all parted. All four of them, with their own separate agendas. ?And who is this teenage girl??
?Woman?can?t you recognise your own daughter??
?You mean, Bra?? Bulma couldn?t believe her eyes. Vegeta nodded in response. She looked deep into the teen?s eyes, and then gasped. The next thing she did was look down at her chest. They were well developed, almost as big as her own. ?What?but?how? How could you have aged this much? I only left earth for two years!?
OOC: Not sure how Bra would react to seeing her mother after two years!

Silver was lying on his bed when he caught a glimpse of the little blue man known as Bujin. He did not want to talk, but felt it was necessary in order to go on in this game. Taking the spoon out of his mouth, the orange haired human walked over to Bujin?s bed. It was a tough task for the room was gradually getting filled to the brim with fighters and they were all skittering around.
?I see you made it,? Silver said to the blue man. The short fighter looked up and seemed almost startled, then fell off his bed. The orange haired man did not laugh; only bore his unique eyes into Bujin?s skull.
?What the?? the blue man stated. ?What?s with your eyes??
?It is of no concern of yours,? Silver replied. ?We are sticking together in this game and you have no choice in the matter.?
?What the hell do you mean by that?? Bujin started to yell, but then thought better of it.
?What I mean is,? Silver started. ?If you don?t wish to die right off, then you will stick me. Otherwise I will greatly enjoy watching your insides spill over the ground.?
Bujin gave a gulp and then nodded that he understood. Walking back to his bed, the orange haired male put the spoon length wise in his teeth again and pulled out his white gloves. Sliding them over his hands, Silver scanned over the fighters again and caught a glimpse of a very fat man.
I may become a cannibal after I kill him, Silver thought, lying back on his bed.
I wouldn?t recommend it, Tarnoc said. Human flesh don?t taste too good.
Fine, I?ll just bleed him like a pig, Silver replied.
I think I may go dormant for this game, Jyuken cut in. It?s just not me.
Oh ho ho, Tarnoc laughed. And ya call yer self a ninja.
The trench coat wearing man was getting used to blocking the two bodiless souls out and did so once more. Again he took the spoon out of his mouth and started to twirl it upon his left index finger. Killing a death were a new experience that Silver needed. This was all training for when he would destroy the Organization. This would be a fun game, with lots and lots of blood.
OOC: Anyone who wants to meet up with Silver, go ahead. Just read my other VIP post and this one first. And Bujin and Silver are now alligned

While Kami was talking with Bra he had noticed another young sipikey haired lad who looked familiar. His memory was a little foggy but it all started coming back. Reijin! They rode in the buggy on Kala during the "Friend or Foe II" battle. Kami recalled their jaunt across the barren lands to the watchtower with angels inside, and his eventual demise in that tower. No wonder he couldn't remember.
"Reijin! It's been a while! Sorry I didn't recognize you before." Kami extended his hand to the sayjin who had just finished having a little "heart to heart" with Trunks. Kami could sense the tension between the two but decided to stick with his happy-go-lucky approach for the time being. Reijin seemed a little suprised at the Namek's sudden memory recall and his friendly nature. He tried to hide the suprise in order to maintain a tough guy image.
"Yes, it has been a while." He remembered the time spent on Kala with the Namek, and the steadfast determination which he displayed. He was a battle hardened veteran one moment and a warm inviting face the next. He almost wondered why the old Namek acted the way he did, but dismissed the though for the time being as the conversation kicked back up.
OOC: I don't remember what background Reijin and Bra have, so I'm going to let you guys go from here...plus my class is ending and I've got to jet =P
Kami is now talking to Reijin and Bra

All I?m saying is that you see what?s wrong with him, he looks a little nervous. The shrimp has a right though, he?s the smallest guy in here.
The irritated blue alien?s face began to twitch. Ever sense Koorsala and him finished there spar, she?s be talking non-stop. It was driving him crazy! He felt like using his weapon to shot himself, cut off his head, or smash his skull in, if he knew what it was. He hadn?t opened his pack yet, but it was kinda heavy.
And try to find some allies, you weren?t the greatest fighter in your own mind.
On his pack, the number 37 was printed. He figured that that was his bed. Silver and Bujin where there, settled. Bujin was carefully staring at Silver, as the orange haired human stared at all the competition, with a spoon in his mouth and a look in his eyes. They were...different from what he was at the beginning. He changed into a darker being, something to help him win, Koola liked this side more.
What are you standing there for? Hurry up and talk to them!
Koola lost his nerve, and calmly replied. SHUT UP!!! You?re not the boss of me! That mental outbreak caused the woman to stay quiet. Koola won.
First, he approached the tin blue fighter, still shaking with fright. ?Hello, Bujin, was it?? This caused the him to scramble around his bed like a maniac. After a few minutes, he realized who was speaking, and settled down. He was wound up like a spinning top.
?Oh...h-hello, Koola. Be c-careful about Silver, he?s...?
?Different, I know. Maybe you need to walk around, you look a little stressed . I want to talk to the human.?
The small man walked off as Koola walked toward Silver. His eyes simply glanced at the changeling, then returned to the rest of the crowd. He already knew what he?d say when he asks. ?What did you do to Bujin? He seems a little, off.?
?None of your concern.? He was right. ?You came to aline with me, yes??
?You seam to know more than I do, but the answer is yes.?
?Fine, but if you don?t, I will not hold back, you will die.?
Koola didn?t flinch. Silver never returned a look at the changeling. ?Understood, farewell.? He walked away back to his own bed. He opened up his pack and smiled.
Well, he seems in a good mood, huh?
Yes, the games are going to be fun indeed.
ooc: Just something to start off with.

?Do you know who I am?? drawled the rose-tinted being, jabbing his finger accusingly at the shop assistant. ?I?m fuckin? Super Buu. That?s Super, with a capital S.?
Buu had been wandering around the ship for some time now, with no real idea of where he was going. He vaguely remembered getting on a ship with Violet and Kid, but after, that everything was a blur. Now he found himself locked in a fierce debate with a shop assistant. He wasn?t exactly sure what he was arguing for, but no doubt the outcome would have dire consequences for the entire ship.
?I don?t know what you?re talking about!? exclaimed the assistant, trying his best to walk away from the titanic monster but finding himself tailed. ?Please, stop following me!?
?I see how it is,? deduced Super Buu, his body swaying with aggression. ?You start fights you can?t finish, and now you wanna run away! Well, I ain?t gonna letcha.?
?Please, sir!? the scrawny man put his hands out defensively. ?You were the one who asked me if I knew who Daeg Waedos is! I don?t know what you want!? He began to break down into tears. ?Don?t kill me, I only work here!?
?Pfft.? The monster?s anger began to seep away at the pathetic sight. ?You ain?t worth the trouble.?
He sauntered away with a confidence part drink-instilled, part innate, and left the shop assistant to sob mercifully on the floor. Buu?s body was full of excess aggression, and, like all drunks, he just needed an outlet. Some goal, however asinine or pointless, that would give him a superficial feeling of accomplishment. It took him about a minute to find it.
?Fuckin? weeeerrr,? he shouted incoherently, eyes half-closed, as he stumbled into a kebab shop. A number of people were already waiting inside, but following a quick glance they all ignored him, avoiding eye contact at any cost. Antisocial twats, thought the majin, feeling his anger boil. He staggered over to the counter, gripping it for support as he stared up at the menu.
?Sir??
Buu had been staring at the menu for about a minute, and so barely heard the voice which tried to wake him from his stupor.
?Excuse me??
?Huh?? The pink monster?s head pivoted, searching for the origin of the noise. Finally he located a man behind the counter, who was looking impatient. ?Can I helep youuu?? he asked, utilising all of his gentlemanly swagger.
?Have you made up your mind yet??
?Uh ? I?ll have a ? fuckin? ? doner ? kafuckin? ? bab ? mate,? managed the intoxicated creature, all the while squinting his eyes at the menu.
?That?ll be 25 zeni.?
Fishing the money out of his stomach with a few loud, hacking coughs, Buu placed it on the counter and sat down at the back. Suddenly his stomach rumbled, and an uneasy feeling of nausea swept over him. Doubling over, a stream of yellow bile spewed out of his mouth like a fountain, all over the floor. Not knowing what to do, he stood up and heaved, the ample contents of his other-worldly stomach becoming apparent to all. People ducked for cover as month-old cake was forced out at 100 miles-per-hour, hitting the walls, ceiling, the counter, everything.
?GET OUT!? screeched the owner, venturing his head out from over the counter and getting a face-full of vomit for his trouble. He spluttered and yelled again; ?OUT OUT OUT OUT OUT!?
Berated by a crowd of angry people, Buu was half-pushed half-kicked out of the shop, where he fell around outside hiccupping and belching. Noticing the commotion, a DA official ran up to the pink monster and placed a hand on his back.
?Are you alright there?? he asked, voice filled with genuine concern. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a small object that looked much like an inhaler. ?Here, use this.?
After some forceful persuasion, Buu finally accepted the item and brought it to his vomit-coated lips. A sound of escaping gas was emitted, and then suddenly, the pink monster?s eyes opened wide. He jumped to his feet with a level of hyperactivity normally associated with small children, assessing the situation like a mad detective.
?What the heck am I doing?? he asked, staring at himself like he was some kind of pink alien.
?It looked like you were drunk,? observed the suited man, an understanding smile on his face. ?We can?t have that during the competition.?
Buu gasped and hit his fists together in realisation. ?Those bastards! What did they give me? Poison? I?m going to kill Kid! I bet he did this on purpose just to get back at me for Zanshin chasing him.? The memories of the night flooded back to him, and he shook his head in fury. Placing a hand on the official?s shoulder, he spoke once more; ?thanks for that.?
?No problem,? chuckled the man. ?You dropped your bag, though ??
The hulking majin looked around to see a bag on the floor with his name on it, and the number 19. He didn?t remember being given it, but he didn?t see who else it could belong to. Snatching it up, he inspected the contents.
?Bread, water, a map, compass, scouter, and ? a porno mag?!?
The suit-clad official snickered. ?Looks like you were one of the unlucky ones. Hey, at least you?ll have something to keep you busy on the island ??
?Don?t be disgusting!? exclaimed Buu, hitting the man over the head with the magazine. ?What use have I got for pictures of naked humans?? He sighed. ?Well, I?d better get going.?
?You might wanna wipe your face first ??
?Oh yeah ?? The hulking majin brushed the orange gristle coating his mouth with an air of distaste. ?I?d better find a bathroom or something. Seeya!?
The pink monster ran off into the toilets, slamming the door shut behind him. About 15 minutes later he emerged, slightly less vomit-encrusted. ?Now then,? he murmured. ?Let?s see if I can?t find something to do whilst I?m here.?

The pieces were falling into place. Android 20 sat on his bed, labeled "#24," looking around the so-called "VIP Lounge" with scrutiny. He desperately needed more information on many of these warriors, and his databanks about the small amounts he had gathered before was nowhere near complete.
He had already opened his bag earlier. The contents inside, for the most part, did not shock him. Rations of food and water, orienteering tools such as a map and a compass, and a standard scouter. And there was also his weapon, which had made him almost bkurt "What the fuck?!" aloud, but he had restrained himself. He needed every advantage on his side, and suprise was the greatest advantage to have on a foe.
However, Android 20 did have an odd feeling about this tournament in one way. He himself had no apparent allies or friends, something Gero had. The members of the Ghost Marines had dispersed yet again, and he could not locate these supposed "alliance members." It was a tad bit infuriating, to put the effort into trying to establish such a grouping of people, only to watch them scatter when you needed them most.
And that's when Android 20 received a very familiar echo of power. His crimson eyes shifted rapidly across the room, searching for the one whose power he could feel. It was so familiar, as Gero had spent so much time around this signature. The android stood up from his bed, having gotten a lock on the energy signature, and began to walk across the VIP Lounge towards it. It was resonating from Bunk #33. As he neared the bed, he saw a man of rather short stature, and shiny cranium, digging excitedly through his survival bag. Android 20 grinned. He knew this one, and knew he could trust this one. Having been sealed away in the back of his body's mind for so long, he had battled directly and indirectly alongside this man for as long as he could remember, even to the very first day of his activation.

"Sonnovabeetch!" slurred the intoxicated saiyan.
Poor Panbuukin had just finished his seventh shot of booze.
The hefty man could feel the liquor slide down the back of his throat, making it's way to the pit of his stomach...er fourth stomach. "Baartendrerrr gimee anotherones of dem dwinks." Asked 'Buukin.
"Buddy, you have had enough. Go lay down in a gutter somewhere." The bartender piped up from behind the counter poisonously. He didn?t like overly drunk aliens in his bar. Oddly enough, the Saiyan did as he was told and left the bar, taking with him, a sack of balloons.
"Sir! Come with us!"
With no chance to even respond, the paunchy saiyan was tasered to the floor, shocking every microorganism in his body, making Panbuukin slip onto the floor. As he lay there in a pile of ash and smoke, he was grabbed by his hind legs and dragged to some foreign room in the middle of god knows where.
"Okay, let?s chuck him in here."
With a heave, the massive male was sent flying into the V.I.P room. Panbuukin giggled gleefully in his course through the air, hulking up a huge ball of mucus and managing to hit at least one unfortunate standerby with a large, greenish colored wad
"Oomph!" sputtered Buukin as he landed on a body."Thankie for the sofft lander." He thanked the body as it groaned in pain beneath the massive weight.
"WILL YOU GET OFF ME!" screeched the squashed male.
"Eheh, sowwy." Tumbling of the lightly purple haired man, he once again snickered as managed to get a glance at the man. "Wowzerrs, your one fine loookin babe!"
Spoke 'Buukin as his whole cheeks flushed.
The lavender haired man chuckled nervously and slowly edged away from the lively saiyan. How did that guy get into DA?!
OCC: This is when 'Buukin had arrived on the ship and before he sobbered up.
EDIT OCC: To be clear, I landed on Trunks.

As he heard their names called, he woke Yaj from his short slumber. Groggy from the sleep, Piccolo Daimoun quickly informed him of what he had heard over the loudspeaker. Instantly perking up, the two together jumped out of their beds and ran towards the door, following signs to the VIP lounge, where they would await the start of the game.
"So, what do we do?" Yaj asked, turning towards the elder Namekian, who began to think of an answer for him.
"Hmm...Let's try and find someone else we know, it's probably good to team up in this game..." He mused aloud, turning his head to glance around for someone he knew. It took him a moment, even with Yaj's help, but he soon spotted someone...The man that had helped him come from Heaven back to Earth, when he had possessed him. Seeing the orange haired man standing alone.
"Hey! Hey you!" The jade Namekian yelled to him, making him turn his head towards him. Seeing the pair, Captain Silver's eyes started to widen, noticing the man that had possessed him before...
"Uhh...Who are you?" He asked, the memory painfully resurfacing.
"Piccolo Daimoun."
"And I'm Yaj," Yajirobe piped in, walking up to meet the man for himself, sticking out his right hand to shake.
Grabbing it Silver yanked him in, "Don't speak unless spoken to, or you won't get a chance to even enter the game! You hear me!?"
Yajirobe snarled at him, and let loose his fist in retaliation, smacking Silver in the cheek with a hard punch. "Don't talk to me like that!"
Silver bared his teeth towards the other Human, and jumped towards him. The slug like alien jumped in front of the attack, stopping him in his tracks, "Not here, and not him, please."
Not knowing what being possessed would do to the souls within his body, he quelled his anger for the time being, "Fine."

As soon as she saw the bed, with its number ?16? emblazoned on a small sign hanging off the bed post, Violet ran to it like it was a dry island in the middle of the sea. How long has it been since she had last slept? How long, in fact, has it been since she had a decent night?s sleep at all? The only thing she wished for is a good night?s sleep, not only to stave off the effects of the alcohol, but also, she needed the relaxation after all the bullshit that has happened to her these last few days.
Kid Buu took his bed, just a few bunks away, and sat on the edge, stretching out his short legs and heaving a lethargic sigh. ?Did you notice, Violet, that Super Buu has managed to wander off by himself??
Violet rolled over onto her side, and lifted a small bag from the floor. ?Yeah, I noticed that. It?s rather pointless keeping him in one spot. If I?m not mistaken, he is more work than a kid with severe attention deficit disorder.?
?Say, what??
?It?s impossible for that rubber brained butthole to keep himself in one spot long enough to concentrate.? She explained, rummaging through her bag. Her fingers glided over the smooth, metal surface of what she knew had to be a gun. Pulling it out, her eyes roamed over its sleek lines, the dark metal gleamed dully in the light. It was round barreled, no chamber that she could see, no where to load a magazine. Pointing it at a wall, she inspected the weapon further.
?Looks like we got the same thing, kiddo.? She observed, lifting her gaze as the small majin made his way over to her bed and took a seat. His weapon was slightly different in color, but the theme was still similar. Laying it on the brown covers, he chuckled.
?Odd.?
?Damn, that would make us sort of like a friendly version of Bonnie and Clyde, wouldn?t it? I mean, without the whole killing innocents thing, the poontang, killing ourselves and all that other good stuff.? She said. The weapon was heavy in her palms, always good, but she was used to much bigger. This thing didn?t look like it could do much damage, but sometimes, small packages held big surprises. Still, she didn?t feel to comfortable about guarding her life with this measly little pistol.
?I suppose;? He replied, reaching into his pants pocket to fish out another cigarette. After lighting it, and taking a drag, Kid Buu laid back, head resting on her stomach. ?What?s say we get a nap in before we land, eh??
?Sounds like a plan, little guy.? She smiled down at him and rested her own head on the fluffy pillow, not bothering to slip under the blankets. Too hot for that, and she was just that tired.
?Don?t call me little guy. I am far from little, my pet.? He finished his cigarette in silence, flicking the ashes to the bare floor carelessly, then butting it out.
Violet quirked a brow, her mind making his comment out to be more than what was implied; she was funny like that, making out what could be taken as innocent and making it into something perverse. Damn, she needed to quit thinking like that. Kid Buu was still a kid, wasn?t he? Yeah, he was much older than her, but still. He looked no older than a twelve year old, even though mentally, he was very mature. It was an enigma she would never understand, and something that would make her brain hurt if she thought too much of it.
?Let?s just get some rest.? She sighed, ignoring the comment.
The majin stayed in her bed, his head comfortably positioned on the soft mound of her tummy, one arm snaking around to drape lazily across her thigh. Sleep came easily to him, but for the cream skinned assassin, dreams were still the refuge for her nightmares.
Fuck you, Photobucket.

Bra?s elation to have been reunited with Kami turned sour once Reijin and Trunks shared a series of extraordinarily vicious quips. Soon, her brother retreated, leaving the raven haired saiyan free to head towards the princess, effectively interrupting both she and the namek. Before he could say anything, however, a muscular, blond individual approached Kami, offering Bra a polite nod before he and the jade warrior began to converse.
The cyan haired girl smiled uncomfortably to the newcomer before leveling a deadly serious pair of eyes at Reijin, about to unleash a ferocious tirade, and then she froze. A hand clasped her shoulder, and a familiar voice echoed out from behind. Oddly enough, the voice didn?t belong to the one who had their hand on her shoulder.
?Vegeta.? came the soft, gentle voice. Bra turned, and, to her surprise, saw not one but both of her parents conversing. She hadn?t seen them together since... the heiress sighed. She couldn?t remember the last time she?d seen the two together.
?Dad!? she exclaimed, a broad smile painted across her face. Unfortunately, as usual, the two were too caught up in their own affairs to notice her interjection.
?Ugh!? the girl?s father exclaimed, as though he, too, had been caught off-guard. ?B-Bulma? Bulma... what are you doing here??
?Me? What are you doing here? No, rather, where the hell have you been all these years?!? the older of the two teal haired girls demanded. ?And what are you doing with that teenage girl?!? Bulma pointed a finger at Bra, who recoiled in shock.
?Hm?? Vegeta responded, following his wife?s finger to Bra, who stared, shocked, right back at him. The proud, saiyan king returned his focus to his wife. ?Woman... can?t you recognize your own daughter??
?You mean...? Bulma studied the princess for a long moment, before suddenly coming to a realization. ?Bra? What? But, how?? she was now talking to her child. ?How could you age this much? I only left for two years!?
?Uh... well... it?s really... um, confusing,? Bra replied, exhaling at length while she studied the tiles on the floor. She?d gotten used to that. ?See,? she exhaled at length, unsure how to explain the events to them. Her father hated Raditzu, so admitting she?d been training with him would enrage him, and her mother was overprotective and would throw a fit had she known that the hybrid had literally crossed dimensions and risked vanishing into nonexistence. ?I was in the Room of Spirit and Time, and something went... really wrong. I don?t remember it much; you have to understand, to me, this stuff all happened, like, five years ago. It?s... weird,? she sighed. ?Anyway, I wound up in a realm between life and death because we totally f-? the empress halted herself, wary to curse in front of her mother. ??Cause we screwed up reality. Or something. Anyway, that?s basically why I... uh... got so much older.? Bra finished, deliberately leaving out enormous pieces of information.
?Because you screwed up reality?? Bulma replied, her face painted with obvious skepticism. The cyan haired half-blood simply nodded in affirmation.
OOC: Okay, so Bra's talking to Vegeta and Bulma. Kami and Rei are talking but they're like, right beside us, so they can hear us and we can hear them, etc.
...I think.
Oh! Olibu's like, nearby too, probably.

His satchel held a surprisingly far declination to it as he opened it up to glance about inside... A day or two's worth of individually packaged food, bottled water with around the same diminishing time, and a small compass buried in with what seemed a collection of other small items. Finally something caught his eye pulling back the piece of rolled paper with a designated map printed upon it, a device most appealing to use inside this wits end tournament.
"Hm." Goten brought the bag down and strapped it beneath his belt for safe keeping, tightening before glancing back up and about the room for any familiars.
"Let's see... There's... Vegeta and Bra. Piccolo. There we go." Upon seeing the purple haired wonder walking it seemed he hadn't been the only one seeking out the hybrid. It was possibly a good while before this place got rolling so he thought he might as well take advantage and make a pact with his childhood brethren.
Slipping past others the halfling made his way over to where Trunks stood... in the retreat moving the opposite way strode a black haired warrior, Saiya-jin by the obvious appeal. Goten caught a half glance at the man's face before walking up on the targeted halfbreed.
"Trunks...?" Uncertained at first he spoke to the back of the lavender head.
"Yeah?" Turning, the two met, Goten's expression adjusting into a smirk at the sight.
"Been a while, huh?"

?Interesting!? said Bra?s mother. Bra began to scan her mother?s energy. The last time Bra had seen her mother, she couldn?t fight to save her life, now she possessed an incredible amount of power. Bra was rather surprised by her mom?s strength. She was finding it very difficult for it to sink it in, that her mother would never be the same. Bra let out a little laugh, covering her mouth at the same time. ?So mom, you can create energy beams??
?Yep, that?s right. I trained for two years straight. Are you impressed??
?Hell, I mean yeah I can?t believe this!?
?Popostrous!? said Vegeta with his arms crossed. He was finding it even harder to take in than Bra.
?Hey I get to kick you around now Veg!?
?Hehehaha, that would be fun!? he joked.
?Hey Bra, just how strong have you become anyway? I definitely want a one on one once Dante?s Abyss is over!? Bulma was unaware that her daughter could even transform into a super saiyan. The last time Bulma had seen Bra in action, she proved to be an adept fighter. She was anxious to find out how strong she had become since then.

Emerging from the weapons and armour shop, Buu gave a loud yawn, stretching his arms. Smacking his white fangs, he looked around with half-closed eyes. He was back in the VIP Lounge, which was filled to the brim with the other fighters in the competition. It reminded him of back in the Vegeta-sei Rebellion, where all of the defenders had gathered in the palace. But the atmosphere had a subtle difference. Whereas that had been a war, this was just a game. There was a still anticipation in the air, all of the fighters seemingly eyeing each other up for epic melee that was about to commence.
?I?m bored,? the pink monster announced to nobody in particular, simply expecting some kind fellow to come and adhere to his demands. Then, in a lower voice, ?and hungry.? He felt almost tempted to go back into the kebab shop, but he doubted a warm reception would be waiting for him. With a sigh, the colossal monster sat down on a bench, crossing his legs and spreading his arms out wide. If only there was something to do in order to break up the last tense hours before the battle commenced. His eyes scanned the crowd for any familiar faces ?
Don?t know ?em, don?t know ?em, don?t know ?em, Trunks, don?t know ?em ?
?Wait, Trunks?? Buu sat forward, staring at the lavender-haired figure. It had to be him. He even had those round earrings he was wearing before. There was no doubt. ?Trunks!? he hailed, standing up and waving a long, pink arm. It wasn?t long before the saiyan prince noticed the overtly-loud yelling, and turned to find himself face-to-face with the one, the only ?
?Super Buu?? Trunks queried, nearly jumping in fright to see a large, flat-nosed pink face staring at him with beady black-red eyes. ?Is that you??
?How many people do you see that are made out of putty?? the being replied with a smirk. He slapped his hand down on the demi-saiyan?s shoulder. ?How?s it been??
?Oh, the usual, the usual ? kidnapped by Arlians, sent to compete in an intergalactic battle royale ?? he trailed off.
Buu nodded sympathetically, then jerked his head to the raven-haired fighter standing next to them, who had so far remained unspoken. ?Who?s he??
?Uh, my name?s Goten,? said the man, who was apparently taken aback by the pink monster?s strange appearance. He turned to Trunks. ?I take it you know this guy??
?Yeah, we fought alongside during the Vegeta-sei Rebellion,? explained the saiyan prince. In actuality, the two had only spent a short time together, but during that time they had forged a pretty tight-knit duo. ?I gotta say, I didn?t expect to meet him here, though.?
?You know me,? snorted the majin. ?I never miss a good fight. I?ve spent the last month or so training with this guy called Lord Vine, so I jumped at the opportunity to stretch my legs.?
?Vine?!? gasped Trunks. ?I trained with him too! How?s the old codger doing??
?Still a slave-driving bastard,? muttered Buu with more than a hint of contempt. Then he perked up suddenly. ?Hey, if you trained with Vine, does that mean you know Metal Binding too??
?Why, of course,? said the demi-saiyan proudly.
?Metal Binding?? interjected Goten. ?I know Metal Binding.?
?Man, I didn?t know it was so common ?? The rose-tinted being scratched his head, a little put-out. Then, with a tint of curiosity in his voice, he asked; ?I don?t suppose you guys could teach me a little? I?ve pretty much just started, I only know how to make a few things.?
The two half-saiyans looked at each other, then back at Buu. Trunks shrugged his shoulders.
?Why not??

"OK," Trunks began, as Super Buu watched intently, "we need to start by using some sort of metal that we can affect. Let's see." Trunks scanned the room quickly for any material he knew he could manipulate. There were several objects, but upon remembering his own supply of katchin he kept liquid in his pocket, discarded the search.
"Right, I've got some katchin." The silver metal snaked from the inside of his blue jacket and pooled into the prince's open hand. "OK, so here's the metal."
"Wow," Super Buu interjected. "You did that with very little effort at all."
"Huh, well," Trunks responded condescendingly, feeling his ego inflate, "all it takes is practice."
"OK, so now we've got the metal," Goten continued the seminar to the puttalin student. "From here, it's not hard. You've got the basics down, right?"
Super Buu nodded.
"So it's just a matter of concentration. Here, let me demonstrate." Goten sat on the floor with Super Buu and focused upon the collection of molten katchin in his good friend's hand.
"You just... use your skill..." As Goten explained, the metal rippled and started to rise out of itself. "To manipulate... it. Just stay focused and concentrate." The column of raised katchin suddenly exploded, transforming into a fountain of metal. Small sprays of the liquid katchin constantly foamed from the top of the spire.
"Amazing," Super Buu remarked.
"And once you've understood that one, simple truth," Trunks started, "and with patience and practice, you can do practically anything with it." The halfling prince stared at the katchin fountain intently, and suddenly it burst into the forms of smooth, featherless doves, flying out of his hand and around the trio of metal binders. Buu looked up with his mouth wide open. Trunks spent all of his concentration on performing the act; although he could do such marvelous things with metal, it took all his mind power to accomplish it.
The metallic doves flew back into Trunks' hand and melted into a puddle once again.
"Of course, there aren't many strategic uses for a flock of doves," Goten stated, giving Trunks a playful punch in the leg. "You can make weapons, which is probably the best function for it." Goten commanded the katchin to leap from Trunks' hand to the ground, where it almost instantly formed into a featureless sword. Goten picked up the weapon and handed it to Super Buu.
Buu took the blade and gave it a few swings. "Not bad," he commented.
"That should be within your range," Trunks informed. "I'm sure you could create the sword if you wanted." Trunks focused on the blade and forced it to liquify and pool by his feet. "Give it a go."
"Well, I guess it can't be that hard," Super Buu decided, sitting next to Goten. His crimson eyes gazed intently at the fluid metal. Slowly, but surely, the still surface rippled. Buu's brow furrowed, and small beads of sweat formed near the pores lining his head. The katchin wavered faster, but failed to take any shape.
Super Buu abruptly shot out steam from the porous holes on his head, causing Goten and Trunks to move away slightly.
"I can't do it!" he complained. "The metal's too heavy! Damn metal!" Buu angrily punched the liquid, spraying it in all directions.
"Settle," Goten placated, recollecting the katchin back into its pool with his binding. "Stay calm, it might take a while. Just reach out and touch it, and slowly form it."
Buu took a deep breath, and let the carbon dioxide escape as the whistling steam from his head and arms. "OK, I'm calm," he replied, perhaps telling himself more than the saiyans. Again, he focused upon the katchin. Faster this time, it wobbled. Buu seemed to concentrate his frustration at his failure into this attempt. The katchin started to roll outwards in length. Sweat reclaimed the pink monster's face. In a few moments, the liquid was now in the shape of a sword.
"You're doing it," Trunks spurred on quietly. "Keep it up."
After further concentration, the katchin started to raise out of itself. Buu finally let out a cry as the blade solidified in its new formation.
"Ha, there you go," Goten congratulated. "It's that simple."
Buu took a few breaths and stared at his creation, smirking. "Excellent."

Having sobered up after several hours of sharp painful migraines, the Saiyan now had his butt seated on the cold hard metallic floor. Boredom had slowly overtaken the hefty Saiyan. What the hell was he to do for several hours, sit on his ass till it got numb? Nah, he could probably scout the competition, maybe even see his past comrades.
Pushing himself off the ground and standing on his own two mammoth sized feet. 'Buukin began to stroll around the rather large V.I.P room. On his way, he saw many strange, yet unique beings, none of which he had ever seen. One person caught his attention, a very unique person indeed.
It was an orange haired young man, with a look of anger etched in face, probably mental.
Approaching the man, he waved non chalantly. "Uh, hello there Carrot Top." spoke
Panbuukin with a large grin placed on his, he liked the nick name he had chosen for this stranger.
