Quality or Quantity?
#41
I love how, even though this is all based on pure opinions, it has been quite civil without any intervening.

That's why we're saying that quantity comes with quality, not that quality comes with quantity.

Just for the sake of Devil's Advocate, I present you this situation: Native Americans believed that if you ate a defeated warrior?s heart, you gained his strength. In this case, is it fair to say that if you eat an exceptional RPer?s (like myself) fingers and/or brain, you?ll gain their phat literary skillz? If not, why?
What are you asking me that would make sense to be asked here?

I don't believe that consuming another's flesh would naturally increase your roleplaying ability. It could, but it wouldn't be an innate thing.

I think 48 posts of arguing is quite enough.

Erm... I didn't see anything wrong with this thread O.o I won't overrule it though if he feels that things have degenerated I guess...

Personally, I can't stand writing fights a large portion of the time for the exact reasons Tien mentioned earlier. I really get tired of reading through them as well, as I just lose attention. I prefer to change up the fight in various ways by changing pace and location (like the Janemba fight) or the way the fight happens (the fights where I used Saibamen)

I generally try to avoid posting after a thread has been locked, but I just have to agree with Reijin. Writing fights licks giant monkey balls.

The purpose has been served. 3 pages of arguing is more then enough o.o

It's not that it's been degenerated, it's just...done.
