I won't be surprised if they buff that once things get a bit more underway. From what I understand, most of the cases are pretty cut and dry because they're putting forth the most reported users from the backlog. Once they get the more cloudy ones in, my money's on them bumping up the IP reward to encourage careful judgment of the iffy cases.

Reported guy was "umading" an enemy a little, saying things like "nice arrow bro" when he missed and the like. Nothing too bad. The guy still got pissed though.
