Good lord... another new champion. He sounds pretty cool, but wow.

I definitely approve of the buffs to Warwick and (mostly) buff for Jax. Also the nerfs to TF sat well with me.

I'm very interested to see what effect the reworked experience curve will have on gameplay. Hopefully it'll keep one person from being able to out-level everyone and determine the outcome of the game in the first ten minutes.

Nidalee's getting the nerf the forum elves say. Mordikaiser imo needs a buff, in reduction of his skill levels. There's not lifesteal in the world to keep you alive early and health regen's just about your best bet, problem is even a support hero can just kill you slowly if they have health and there's nothing you can do about it early game. You can't damage them because then you die and they just heal it out and their heal doesn't come from their health (if that makes sense).

I just had a game with Gankplank ruining the entire game, two-shotting our champions to oblivion and there was absolutely nothing we could do about it. That kind of sucked, I'd hoped they fixed that guy by now.

I'm not a fan of the change to Executioner's Calling. I don't really give a shit if I DoT minions for 4 damage a tick. I don't want to have to click the item to trigger the effect I actually want.

I just bought Mord (had tons of extra IP after the weekend) and agree that he needs some tweaking to be competitive. He's an awesome pusher/creeper, but can't deal with champions too well. Without any kind of CC, he needs more damage or better CDs. I definitely like the flavor of the champ, though.

Faster games, different tactics, totally different uses for champions. I think Ezreal is going to dominate on it.

EDIT: And anyone who can't "teleport" through the walls is at a definitely disadvantage.

I still play now and then. Now that HoN has released Open Beta, my friends have been urging me to play that. Generally don't enjoy it as much as LoL, but it does have a lot more heroes and more complexity in items etc.

HoN is incredibly boring though. Every single champion's abilities are so basic and there's really no new thinking, HoN is basically just earning money on a game already made by others and added one or two new things. It'd be the same if I copied World of Warcraft and plastered a new class called 'Death Huntogues' onto it then sold it. It'd be good because it's still World of Warcraft which was popular but the rest, bwuh.

Yeah, that was the thing I didn't like about HoN. Well, I should say there were things I didn't like about DotA, and the HoN makers decided to make an exact clone.

Funny enough (not really), I get to read all the arguments on the SC2 forum where people constantly insist on bringing up HoN. "Blizzard, your anti-hack methods suck compared to HoN, you could learn a thing or two from icefrog, etc etc". Occasionally someone will mention LoL, but then they get browbeaten by two or three HoN players "that sucks noob, its a ripoff of DotA, it removed denying and requires no skill!" etc. HoN players seem to somehow be EVEN MORE anal and dickish than LoL players and WoW players combined. (acknowledging that there is a number that play more than one of these)
