+50 Intel. New move:

Fusion Shields
Koola creates two shields of energy that rest over the tops of his forearms, roughly the size of a briefcase each. These shields take little energy to create and sustain, and they are capable of deflecting basic ki blasts and can even be used to block physical attacks. Their disadvantages are that they cannot defend against best moves and the placement of the shield/s must be accurate to prevent damage. To protect against best moves, Koola can bring his forearms together in front of him and fuse the shields into one large defensive barrier, which expands to cover his whole front. Almost any attack can be blocked with this, but if it's a beam or constant attack, it will eventually fade.

I had this move when I was TU, so I don't think there'll be any problems.

Nobody can go back and start a new beginning,
but anyone can start today and make a new ending.

Fools Cannon: Just as stated in its name, the strain and fatigue placed upon the user when he summons this--in sync with the sudden roar of its total potency, is foolish. A violet torrent is unleashed with the subtle gesture of a lower calibured assault, as to throw off opponents.

Question... Can I change some of my older best moves? I'll pay in TP to get rid of S.S Deadly Bomb and the Demon Blast. I know it's -25 TP to all stats to change characters and moves, couldn't we work something out for just moves?
Approved.

From what I know, you can never switch your moves unless you switch characters. People have tried before but it was always a no.

That`s odd since the rules still say you can use +50 Intelligence to change a move. I know I changed my Kamehameha to Zen Kamehameha for +50 Int. Anyway, my new move. I don`t remember my intelligence (allthough I remember to have lots of it) but given that I only used the Adding Moves option twice, I figure I have more then enough to cover the +50 criteria.

Countermove - After realising how costly energy battles tend to be, Jackie devised this move. It is a colourless beam whos only visible part are the outlines. When it comes in touch with a ki-based attack, the ki attack will simply evaporate and disperse the collected energy. The move is very cheap in regards to the users energy since it doesn`t require a lot of actual ki in order to produce the countermeasure. Additionally, it can be split into several beams, similarly like the Zen Kamehameha. But for all it`s positive sides, the move does have some weaknesses. As the name implies, the move only negates other moves and is useless against Techniques and physichal attacks. Additionally, Countermove is useless as an attack of it`s own since the end result, no matter how much ki you put into it, is the same as if you had spilled the enemy with a bucket of water. Chilling but useless.

Inspired by MtG`s Counterspell.

Jackie, I say 'no' because I don't like the idea of it only taking a little bit of ki to nullify someone's massive kamehameha attack.

I originally planned it to require just as much ki but then it would make the move pointless since then you could as easily use a energy attack to counter another.

How about half the ki of the attack? That`s another variation.

Sure, I guess the wording just bothered me this morning for some reason. You can say it uses significantly less energy to nullify an attack of equal power.

Judgement(Curse of the Reaper):

Retane is now the God of Death. Retane has learned ‘Judgment’. As the official Death Dealer of the planet his Ki Sense extends into the afterlife now to keep tabs on the signatures of those he has killed or even encountered. Yema will even defer slightly to the Reaper now on where to send souls Retane has killed. As an added bonus to this, Retane can see and communicate with the lost wondering sould that rest in the material world.

To his immense shock, he discovered a BUMP in the road.

300 int.

Ki catch and release: In keeping with Aqua's focus on energy usage and defensive tactics, he has created a move that allows him to envelope his hands with his own energy such that he can catch oncoming projectile energy and then redirect the attack in whatever way he chooses.

I'd like to scratch this (I neither used it nor added it to my character vault) and go with something else.

300 int

Energy Eat: In keeping with Aqua's exotic fight style, he is able to defend himself in a rather unique way. Rather than deflecting, blocking, or deferring an attack, this strange Aqua-jin is actually able to consume energy attacks and use the energy as fuel for his own attacks.

Fog of War – This attack distills dark energy from himself and those around him into a light eating wave of energy that possesses a devastating force that regular energy just cannot compete with. It can darken entire battle fields and blind those it strikes.
I needed 3 starting moves, so this is what I came up with.

(1) Hurricane Kick - Although Goku Junior has yet learned to use the full potential of his ki, the short Sayain can amplify his energy into a kick with devistating force. After knocking someone back, GJ leaps into the air, spins around as quickly as he can, and transfers energy into his foot. The amp'ed up foot glows a brilliant blue as the energy engulfs it and upon connecting the spin kick, the energy is expelled through his foot with exploding force against the opponent's body. This attack my also deflect weak to moderate ki blasts.

(2) Mirror Barrage - Using both speed and energy, Goku Jr summons energy into his body and expells it outward, creating a "clone" of himself made of pure energy. Although this clone can not attack, as it does not have a concrete form, it moves in a mirror opposite of the origional Goku Jr, confusing the enemy as the real Goku Junior attacks from a different direction. Works well against weaker opponents, but against stronger it runs a risk of failing.

#3 will come later I guess, just let me know if these are ok, thank you.
ALLIANCE: Dissolute.
