I don't know why Waff randomly reset it. He had JUST told me last night "Don't do the reset just yet, let's give it a few days or something to see how the numbers play out."

So I go to bed, wake up, and that shit's reset already.

Don't get too into this part guy's, I'm doing the official reset at Midnight tonight, EST, to give people some type of warning and kick the round off. I plan on running this round until 6/6/09 at Midnight (coincidently, the 5th is my bday).

I'll try to screencap rankings or something, but with only one list left, its looking like the only measurement I'll have will be number of troops. Not sure what I can do, but really want to show placements in different aspects.

EDIT: I haven't even put in descriptions yet or taken a second look at the numbers I put in, wasn't entirely sure if I finished putting them in even.

Yeah, there should be a way to delete your character if you feel the need and start over in a round if you wish, I think.

Though I think the reason you can't is to prevent someone from leaping around reading forums.

Idk, they just arent focused like Namekian / Saiyans bonuses. It's more spread out and thus, imo, less effective.

Eh, defense and intel boost are both useful for anybody who wanted to shell up and rely on income. Sounds great to me! XD

I'm assuming that he feels the income based people should be more with O and D bonuses too.

The point against that is that if everyone has a minimum of 5% bonus in the same stat, then its the same as no one having that 5% bonus.

Originally it was focused into Intel and Income only. Then I realized that while the point of the income bonus helping those races easily cover the spy costs beyond what the others can, with how little spies actually do, what good would it be for them to have such perfect intel if they still couldn't hit someone. So I gave them a small boost to either O or D.
