I really think its just because its being taught wrong. Kids are going to have sex no matter how much preaching about abstinence (Which is quite popular in the school systems over here) they get, instead, they should be taught about the use of contraceptives and the diseases that they can contract, as well as pregnancy and such. Basically just a full round education of what it entails.

I get what you are saying, but I don't necessarily think he's stupid, just immature and doesn't know any better. He's too young to realize the enormity of the situation, and even if he has, he's in a very tight spot and can't physically do anything more than just roll with what happens.

I'm fully willing to concede that a lack of life experience has a part to play, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that some pretty bad decisions were made.

I hate Final Fantasy XII. I've been playing this bullshit off and on for almost a year. It's not a terrible game by any means...I just hate it because I have 70+ hours of game time (half of that is senseless grinding I did over the summer when I had no classes and nothing better to do) and I'm pretty sure I still have a handful of areas to go through before this shit is over. And, of course, the boss I'm at is hanging me my nuts on a platter. I just want to be done with this shit so I can finally move on.
