I, personally, helped Para come up with this move over AIM. We wracked our brains to come up with something that a physical brawler like Paragus could utilize. I'm not arguing anything, just pointing out that Para's move was something we came up with on our own, not Max's move.

edit: And he's not using bones as projectiles or anything, they're more like hardened extensions of his body. Though, after re-reading the description as it is, it needs to be edited to fit Rad's stipulations regarding healing.

The move Max wanted was way stronger than this version.

Paragus' move is basically the same as a move that hardens your limbs with a ki coating. It hurts more when you hit someone either way. After that, the bone manip is story fodder.

If Paragus is in DA and we say he's broken a leg, he'll have to just say he can't heal it. It shouldn't be a big deal.

It's not like he's making giant swords and axes, and armor of bone or using it in place of a technique like body manipulation (to cover large distances) or healing. It's an ability to power up melee attacks, and that's fine.

The move was quite open with the whole grow/shrink/change shape, so I wasn't sure whether it was just melee enhancement or as you said, being able to make weapons and stuff 'Kimimaro-style' along with all other matter manipulation stuff. No offense intended to Paragus, I dunno if that was what you were going for or not. Either way, it doesn't concern me so I'll step out.

Ki Sight and Sound - Although the witty moniker may infer otherwise, all this move does is allow the android to channel ki through his eyes and mouth. The damage of said concentrations is variable, just as any ki blast fired from the palm would be, but the ability to fire from orifices on his countenance has additional value for when he is tied up or otherwise unable to use his hands. Seventeen can elect to focus energy through only one exit or the other, albeit a sacrifice to the potency of the blast.
