I think that Cait is actually getting a serious indirect buff from this. She has the best auto-attack harass in the game. She can get caster-style harass without spending any mana. Assuming fairly even levels of skill, any other champion has to use mana to match her poking.

Of course, the ninjas and cost-less champions get about the same buff, but y'know.

Good point. I never considered Cait for this. I'm going to be even more terrified now of a Ryze/Poppy lane than ever before, though.

Also, I'm quite interested in Karma, after watching that spotlight. She seems a bit up my ally. I've also been looking forward to playing some Nasus lately, since he's a bit of my "love to farm and then push" style, but the changes appear that they'll shift it inversely to that very direction so I'm not sure what his viability will be afterwards.

I really hope they do something about Vlad with the changes to laning ability. He's already a beast at it, and now he'll just be ridiculous.

With more aggressive play against a Vlad, you'll get pretty much free roam until he hits level 7 so he can max his Q, but they have said several times on the forums that they don't consider him OP but simply too much of a nuisance. The playstyle of a Vlad is just annoying in itself.

There are some good counters to Vlad. Kat, MF, Zil, and Ryze can all shut him down in lane pretty easily.

I don't care. If they nerf him or buff other characters to be more consistent then I'm going to demand a refund from those idiots.

I hope they do make some changes to Vlad. He actually is relatively weak for the first 5 or so levels, but once he hits that max Q, its gg to the lane.

It's just stupid to have so many Vlads. He can be a awesome pick, certainly for blind pick. I don't want to have to pick someone who is a counter to annoying Vlad everytime. :[

The mana changes are hella nice. Urgot feels a lot more sustainable in a lane now even without any mana runes.

People are too serious in ranked, and you always have to have 1, 2 or 5.

Yeah, we often end up playing with 3 or 4 people for some reason so ranked isn't even an option. :[
