At risk of sounding like an idiot, I totally missed this one. Not that I'm against it, as I remember us bringing it up in the past discussions, but didn't know it had already cleared when other things hadn't.

I'll make note of that sometime when editing my Char Vault.

How is it weaker? It could still work if you hone in on Burter's ki signal at Reptilia

This no longer applies, however, the old form... Someone with IT had to be a lot more specific to teleport to a location, provided someone acted as a beacon. I was able to get Reijin to eventually teleport by locking onto his self energy at places where he maintained a small "beacon" of energy at, but that's a tremendous work around. Reijin doesn't really know Burter, so he wouldn't be able to go there anyways.

As far as Kai Kai went, while still having restrictions, it was a lot easier to bs your way through them. There was nothing that stopped you from "just happening to teleport to the 8th street corner market on Earth and run into ____" for example. I mean, the munchies do just kinda happen. Did it make sense to us OOC, no, but there was no reason to say no to it. I've even seen people go to places they HAVEN'T been to by "imagining approximately what their location would look like." Granted, IT can tp someone to their friend on a plane and KK couldn't, and same with a starship, but that's never really come up. I don't mind someone KKing somewhere after "looking at it in a book" or "using telepathy to see the location from someone's eyes" but I've straight up seen "hmm, I hear alaska is nice. Lots of snow. Perhaps a little mountain over the- oh shit, here I am". I won't say that was common though.

That's in the past now, though.

You have to have physically been there before. That's what I assumed the rule is.

I'm assuming its now a combination of both, that we can travel to either a physical location we've been to before, or we can use a person as an anchor to visit them.

In other words, I can go to Heaven, Arlia and Vegeta, but not the Kaiosama Planet. The only way I can get to Kaiosama's is if Kirano dies and another member of staff sends me there as my judgement. Right?

But since Kai Kai and IT are the same, Kirano can lock onto Burter's signal, if he was on Namek while I was on Earth and I could meet him there, right?

This is what I changed it to.

Teleportation - Allows a character to teleport instantly to another spot in the universe. You can teleport to places that you've been before, or know exactly where it is. You can’t teleport to a vague description though. Along with themselves, the person can take up to 5 other people with you. When using this ability, the character's ki sense is boosted drastically, only for teleporting uses. The teleporter can lock onto people's signatures and teleport to them.

I'm wondering where you're going with this. So far, though, it's turning out to be a good read. I feel like I can delve into Burt's brain, a little. Especially in the scene where he was reflecting on his childhood in the orphanage.
