SCOUTER UPGRADES


Scouter Upgrade #1: Ki Monitor - 200/400 zeni - New hardware has been developed that can accurately monitor ki levels of up to fifty possible enemies, categorizing and comparing them to stored information already on your scouter, allowing for early recognition of already known fighters.

The upgrade is also a patch for current old scouters that had a tendency of 'self-destructing' when a ki level reached the high millions. This will protect against such occurrences- it is believed that the scouter can accurately read levels in the hundreds of millions.

Scouter Upgrade #2: Xantrix OS - 1,000/2,000 zeni - Developed by a new researcher, which it is named after, the new operating system comes with a slough of features: - Ki Engine: That scouter can determine a fighters maximum fighting potential within 80% of his true ki, even if it is currently being suppressed.

- Technique Database: A new program that records any technique seen by the user.

- Fighter Probability Engine: Using the "Technique Database," the FPE looks at what the enemy fighter is currently doing and then extrapolates the next best possible move the enemy is going to make. This means it works more accurately if the enemy is fighting in a pattern and for a longer time. The FPE can only support one enemy fighter at the same time.

- Fighter Statistics Database: Much like the 'TD', it instead stores fighter information. Every detail from height, to levels of strength. This program also works in conjunction with the FPE.

Scouter Upgrade #3: Q-Wave Communicator - 400/800 zeni - A piece of technology that uses 'Q-Wave' particles to transmit information anywhere in the universe in real time with absolutely no lag. Thanks to the Q-Wave technology it is possible for alive people to talk from and to the Afterlife to others equipped with a Q-Wave Communicator. However, it isn't as efficient as in the normal universe. The sound is somewhat distorted and has a 5 minute delay, which makes it a lot harder to communicate well.

Scouter Upgrade #4: Uncloak - 5,000/7,500 zeni - A simple scanner really, it allows the user to actually see through any Cloaking device[FONT=&quot]—[/FONT]the only problem is that you have to actually be looking at the person. Looks like some night vision with a narrow view.

HEADQUARTERS UPGRADES


HQ Gravity Upgrade
- 5,000 Zeni - This gravity upgrade will increase the amount of training you get out of your HQ by 1.

HQ Cloaking Upgrade - 8,000 Zeni - This Cloaking device will cloak the image of the HQ and the inside people from the outside. Also, all Powerlevels inside the HQ are cloaked as well. Note that Dragonballs would still show up on the Radar.

BATTLE CHARGER UPGRADES


Upgrade #1 - 2,000 zeni - What is better then having a Powerlevel boost of 500,000? A boost of 1,000,000. Yes with this upgrade you can boost your Powerlevel another 500,000.

Upgrade #2 - 2,000 zeni - Hate having to wait for a whole week while your battle charger charges? Then buy this upgrade and drop the time required to 3 days!

Upgrade #3 - 2,000 zeni - You are out of luck, the odds are against you, what do you do....release every last bit of energy you have in one final blast with this upgrade. Yes with this upgrade you can charge up every last bit of energy you have and release it all in one final blast.

XRS-9 MODULAR UPGRADES


Rifle attachment
- 2,500 Zeni - This is the most common upgrade, this modular simply increases barrel length and core power to strengthen the blasts. Unfortunately, this can prevent other mods from being used.

Poison Power Core - 5,000 Zeni - This upgrade will replace the weapon's main power core with one that produces a negative ki that will cause anyone affected to expend more energy than intended when performing maneuvers. The effect is a slightly weaker version of the venomous ki found within some fighters. Most effective when used in combination with the Rifle Attachment.

Immobilizing Net - 3,000 Zeni - One of the more interesting mods, this modified grenade launcher shoots a net that has been lined with new energy based fabric that slows anyone to a stop. It has been likened to quicksand, if you struggle it only gets stickier. An energy blast or fire will usually destroy the net, freeing the victim. Not compatible with the Rifle Attachment or Nightstalker Cloaking Skin.

Nightstalker Cloaking Skin - 2,500 Zeni - Based on the Capsule Corp cloaking device, this amazing mod will actually mask the appearance and ki signature generated by the weapon making it undetectable. After being uncloaked the weapon needs a few minutes to return to full power since the cloak requires the core to run at reduced power. Not compatible with the Rifle Attachment or Immobilizing Net.

Homing Rounds - 4,000 Zeni - Used to follow and eventually take down a target. It has two settings, tracer and homing. You must first tag a target with the non-lethal tracer rounds before the homing can be used. The tracer rounds contain a powerful dye that can be tracked by the weapon's systems or those with high level ki sense. The homing rounds have never missed in their testing period. Not compatible with the Rifle Attachment, Poison Power Core or Immobilizing Net.

Ki Disrupter - 4,000 Zeni - This attachment will modify the type of energy used by the XRS to cause the target's ki to become unstable. By rapidly altering the wavelength of the blasts making certain abilities difficult to perform or maintain. Known to cause problems with fused warriors, Pyrokinetics, Cyrokinetics and Raikinetics. Although, sometimes after being hit by a blast from this attachment the affected warrior's blast will be harder to defend against because of the altered wavelength. Not compatible with the Rifle Attachment.

Energy Bayonet - 2,500 Zeni - A favorite among the human users of this weapon, this Rifle-only mod will add a extending ki blade to the underside of the barrel. With the flick of a switch a 7 inch blade appears at the end of the weapon. If nothing else, it looks damn cool. Only compatible with the Rifle Attachment.
