Room Of Spirit And Time.

[Dehan]

I'm curious about something, I want to train in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber but am hesitant to have my character go at it alone, would it be possible to include an NPC in his training?

And also are two people allowed to go inside at once and train together?

And what are the quests to fulfil for Kami before you can train inside?

[Hellfighter 17]

Yes.

Yes.

You decide. It doesn't have to be anything big or too many.

[Orion]

The last time I did it, you just had to get staff permission to get into the RoSaT.

[Belle Hibiki]

Does the RoSaT do anything statistically for your character anymore? I can seem to find any info on it. Last I heard it was still being worked out, but that was like, months and months ago.

This is what we decided:

The Room of Spirit and Time (RoSaT)

Atop Earth's lookout lies a room with immense power and intrigue. When one enters it, an entire year passes within it in the time that one day passes for one outside of it, in Earth terms. This could be a great asset to a fighter who finds that they end up saving the world every couple of weeks and can never find time to train. The room also has the ability to change its surrounding to whatever the inhabitants wish, with an infinite amount of space for them to play around with.

Only one or two may occupy the room at any one time. Also, if it is a first visit, they must show Kami, who chooses who to open the door for, that they are fighters worthy of entering the room, by completing a challenge that he finds for them. Depending on the use of the room, it may be sealed off from the fighter for a certain amount of OOC time:

9 months - one can double weekly TP during their stay in the RoSaT for up to four weeks (however, one may still role-play in there longer), but once they are out, it is sealed for nine months.
3 months - one may also re-spec their stats, which just means redistributing all of their stat points between their stats in a manner that they find more desirable.
6 weeks - if one merely uses the room for role-playing purposes and neither of the above two, then it is sealed off from them for only six weeks.

The above times come into affect the day one posts leaving the RoSaT. Before one posts being in the RoSaT, they must get staff approval, even if it isn't their first visit. Also, more than one person/pairing can role-play being in there at the same time; they will just be in there at different times IC.
