Question: if it is purely story purposes, can something like this happen:

Person finishes "quest," recieves dragonball as a reward. No use of actual dragon radar/ki sense to find dragonball, but the person DOES have the item/ability OOC

Meaning, like, the object of said quest was not to obtain a dragonball, but you get one as a reward anyway?

OOC, the object was to obtain a dragonball, but to Zangya herself, that was not the end she had in mind.

Yeah. That's fine, so long as you have either the ability or item to find it OOC.

Theoretically. I've never seen it done, but if its really impressive, perhaps.

I do not recommend attempting this while questing for a DB.

Depends on what two things you're questing. I'd be inclined to say don't even bother trying, because the level of quality required for two things versus one would be ridiculously high. It would essentially amount to doing two separate things anyway.

It's on an old /trash section of the original site, but it's no longer relevant as Dragonballs no longer have powers. It was decided that them having those abilities encouraged people to hold onto them, not use them, so it was done away with.
