Drunk drivers do it for nothing but a night of fun. Soccer hooligans rioting because their team lost stampeding 12 people or beating to death an opposing teams supporter even MORE retarded. Just to clarify, I didn't mean the United State of America. I meant, AMERICA as a whole, which would ultimately include Canada. I was just pointing out the fact that people can kill people and not care so easily.
