My alt became Very Evil by Lvl 2 WITHOUT blowing Megaton up. XD

My main character has been swinging back and forth between very good and very evil. I kinda regret killing the ghouls and everyone in Tenpenny tower now, because I think letting the ghouls loose on them would be more in his character.

I'm making a good guy who is agile and has good perception. I totally saved Megaton with a flick of my wrist, got to level three like five minutes after exiting the vault thanks to that, then used the 100 caps that Simms gave me to just pay off Moriarty for the information on Daddy-O. Currently headed to the Super-Duper Mart to find food and meds.

My main is super ultra good. :p

And having such an altruistic character at the beginning of the game makes things difficult. So many opportunities for easy money/bullets that you can't take because it's not right. XD

Even though I was good, I still stole that Chinese Officer's sword from Jericho's house. =]

It works well.

Oh, I steal like crazy with both characters. Stealing/hacking/picking locks doesn't really hit your karma very much. You can easily make it back. I, too, stole Jericho's sword in both playthroughs.

The sound is amazing, too. I love the music GNR plays -- I downloaded "I Don't Want to Set the World on Fire" and "Civilization (Bongo, Bongo, Bongo)" on my iTunes, haha.

I'm really surprised a song like that was allowed to make it big in the 50s.

I love roleplaying this game; as in, making a character, and sticking to what that character would do, whether or not it's the easy/profitable/whatever way.

I couldn't bring myself to do that in Oblivion.

It's fun, but I have to take it in small doses.

The choices are difficult. It's hard to choose sometimes. You really have to decide what's best for your interests.

On a side note, this game can be fucking creepy. I don't think there's a single Vault I've entered that hasn't mindfucked me in one direction or another.

So is this game really that good? I've seen some gameplay clips, and it didn't impress me much. But then, you guys seem to love it. The comment somebody made earlier about it being Oblivion but with guns peeked my interest too.
