To make it official post here if you are going to play with us, even if we have talked on AIM.
Its optional, but if you have decided on a character class and race post them.
When in doubt: It was sarcasm.

Just got the 4e on my computer in pdf format. I'm excited.
First we need to see who all is going to be defenders, strikers, leaders, etc.
I was thinking about being a defender (human fighter) but I might be a striker (Human wizard).
I might be halfling rogue.
I'm going to mess around with different builds and I'll get back to you but I'm DEFINITELY interested in trying out the new 4e rules. I love how they do saving throws. 10x easier. Too bad they took out wishes =(
Edit: Can we use vent as well. It'll make it feel like a real game rather than RPing it all. That would PWN. Use the program for visuals and dice roles and character sheets and do it over vent. omg orgasm.

Human? You wont be the COOL ELVEN!!??
Actually I was thinking about being a ranger as well because they have been buffed up hardcore. THey look really bad ass but now that you are a ranger, I need to think of something else.

For vent usage: I don't think it would be a problem if you guys just wanted to use it for voice chat. If you try to use the text chat too then you might run into some resistance. For voice chat you can just jump into a different room (let's say Extra Room 1) and then your chat won't bug anyone.

Yeah, we wouldn't use that chat. We would use the python thing for the chat part, but vent for voice.

Nah, I don't want to use voice chat. I've got a really shit mike, and it makes roleplaying vocally difficult. I'd rather just do it like we always do it.
EDIT: Oh, and if I do this thing I'd probably be a Warforged Fighter.
