I didn't watch them because I fell asleep, but I read that Slumdog Millionaire (my favorite) won 8 Oscars including best picture! Woo hoo! Have you seen Slumdog Millionaire? Do you agree it should have won? Who do you think should have won instead?

I haven't seen it, but The Wrestler and Dark Knight were my favorites this year.

I actually hadn't seen a lot of the movies winning all the awards. Pity, I guess.

It's about an Indian guy from the slums who goes on Who Wants to be a Millionaire? in India. But it's also so much more. You should really see it, it's an amazing movie.

It's a British film. So I guess I should be happy. But in reality I don't really care.

Sean Penn's a great actor, I would have liked to see Mickey Rouke win though, just cause he seems... less fake, than other celebrities, and from the clips I've seen he did a pretty good job in the Wrestler.

Slum Dog Millionaire has one of the best concepts I've ever seen. I'm not suprised it won the most awards.

Yeah, I pretty much hadn't heard of most of the movies that got nominated. Anything I had heard of, ie the Dark Knight, pretty much didn't get nominated for practically anything.

I think that Benjamin Button movie is overhyped as shit (admittedly I haven't seen it, but it garners no interest from me) so its annoying that its in so many nominations.

You always express the opinions that society has made me hide and forget about.

But on the topic of Heath Ledger, dead or not, he deserved an Oscar for that role. I also didn't like all the hype and shit because he died young, but what can you do.
