At the 1st and 15th of each month, I remove those people who have not roleplayed since the last update. In this case, the list features everybody who has roleplayed since 2/15/09

Bare with me as the XP system is modified. Not everybody's CA in their postbit is accurate. Once the tweaking has been done, I'll go through and make sure the list is correct
