Is the HTC open(Because the Room Of Spirit And Time sounds...crappy.) and if so how does it work with the new XP system? Are we able to redistribute stats for free as well as earning XP afterwards or is it just one or the other? Or a combination? Or something totally different?

We haven't finalized our plans for the RoSaT yet, nor are we ready to give out information regarding it at this time.

However, thank you for reminding us about it. Partially, we have a few other things we are currently working on and one thing that we are greatly trying not to do is to cram every single Dragonball staple into the new system immediately without having what feels like a proper mechanic for it. Think back to the old system and how Senzu Beans ended up getting (not) used as an example of what we wish to avoid. So the current design thought is that we'll release those aspects of the RPG when we are happy with the role that they will play.
