I believe there was an arc in the comic books dealing with Rogue temporarily losing her powers and being able to have a normal relationship with Gambit. There was also an arc in the old school animated series where she lost her powers and had the chance to rekindle the romance with her first boyfriend, but he turned out to be an alien or something. Point being, Rogue has lost her powers several times, at least to my knowledge. It's a running theme of her frustration to not be able to touch people. Somebody else might be able to correct me.

Google > Yeerk > Animorphs > Live Action Series > Shawn Ashmore a.k.a Iceman
Connecting the dots is awesome. [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Oh, I'm aware that she's had it happen in the comics a couple times, but the way it was presented in the movie was particularly dissatisfying because that's what it -closed on-. (Though there was the wink-wink at the end suggesting that the 'cure' is only temporary.) ![]()

I believe they did that to cut her screen time because of scheduling conflicts, which is why Cyclops was in there for about five minutes because James Marsden was doing another movie at the time. I liked the second movie the most out of the X-men movies. But the actress who played Storm is a bitch.

meh, kinda agree with Peter on this one. It's long, to long. Kind of like the third Lord of the Rings. You're sitting there just yelling at the movie to end.

The Godfather takes a back seat to Scorsese films.

Gangster films. Basically, if you've seen Goodfellas before Godfather (which most of our generation have), then Godfather pales in comparison. At least to me.
Secondly, AHAHAHAHAa shahshahaha now who doesn't get stuff lol Quote: "for a quarter million a year growing weed, i'd fucking be gay. with dick on the side." - Laura, on mairjuana

I was going to bring that up. It depends on the generation. The Godfather will always be one of the top ranking movies for Al Pacino.
