I meant to include descriptions of the races, but I think they are fairly self explanatory. If they aren't, I'll add something, it won't affect the game.

The numbers right now are:

10 turns used for the Income ability.
1g (base, before bonuses) is generated per soldier when using this ability.
1 turn used to recruit troops.
1% of your current troops are added to your troops when you use Recruit.
5 hours for "The hours for revenge no matter the size of the enemy village" (was 48, for this game I want it lower for strategy).

25% base attack error ratio. You can attack with 75%-125% of your actual O, before bonuses are accounted for.
5 turns consumed per attack.
1g carried back max per troop.
5% minimal troop casualties in a fight.
15% maximum troop casualties in a fight.
10% difference in troop numbers required to cancel an attack (was 1%).

60% chance of spy error (40% to 160%) before bonuses and spies are added in. It was previously 90%. I didn't want it lower because I wanted to strengthen the spy races in terms of abilities, not trivialize their bonus.
1 turn consumed to spy on someone.
3% added to your spying chance per spy involved in the attack. (was 1% before)
1% minimal spy casulaties.
25g base cost to recruit a spy (was 50g).
1g per turn upkeep on spies. (I would have lowered it, but the system doesn't allow decimals)

---

25 starting turns when creating your village. (up from 20)
1000g starting when creating your village.
100 starting troops when creating your village.
2 starting spies. (down from 5)
Starting Defense level = Untrained
Starting Offense level = Untrained

5 minutes per turn.
5 gold per turn.
1 troop gained per turn.
60 max turns saved up (up from 50. There are 12 turns in an hour, I wanted an evenly divisible number so that's 5 hours max)

80% resale value on gear.

Those are the numbers. Enjoy the game.

I'll be ending this round on June 6th, 11:59pm EST.

Let's say Belle has 1000 troops and attacks your 950 troops. He kills 50 of your troops, taking you to 900. This takes you to the 10% cutoff (it was originally 1%, meaning if you went to 990, you wouldn't be able to attack him/be attacked anymore). You have 5 hours from that attack to still attack him as a retaliation without the system looking to see if you are more than 10% higher or lower than his army. It was previously 48hrs, which might as well have been nothing.

Unless Belle decides to join the game and becomes Saiyan, I'm fucked.

I thought about Namekian, but I don't want to hear complaints. I posted those so people would look over them before choosing, not clicking first and seeing what things meant later.

Namekian doesn't change that, btw. You just have less time to let you strike back at the other player if they grow beyond you. I don't even think it'll be anything that will come into question.

Nobody has the offense bonus to fuck with Saiyans, Saiyans however have the bonus that fucks with everyone (except Namekians).

But that's ok. Because I have no life. And that, my friends, if the biggest bonus of all.

How did you figure that out? Most of those descriptions are... lacking.

Also, do you know if that 25% randomness applies to D scores as well?

If I plan on running one, it makes sense that I'd want to know the specifics, right?

I don't know if you tested it, but I think that's backwards. 1% would allow you to attack anyone unless they were 99% smaller than you. The tooltip on that one is backwards.

Thought I posted this already, but I guess not.

Training is too expensive. You have to buy 5,000gold worth of the cheapest weapon or armor items before tier-1 becomes cost-equivalent

1k gold is 40 items which makes 800 points - 800 being the cost-equivalent line.

5k gold is 200 items which makes 4,000 points; 20% of 4,000 = 800.

It's all about getting the point-per-gold ratio to 0.8, since that is the cost-effectiveness of the cheapest weapons which are the most cost-effective items.

So, there it is. Now, this wouldn't be so bad by itself, but that's just tier1 and tier2 is one quarter as cost-effective (an additional 20% on top of the first 20%, but for 4,000gold instead of 1,000) so you need to have four times as many items in total before it becomes worth the money - or needing to spend 15,000gold more than the first 5k on 600 additional items to go with the first 200. Going from tier2 to tier3 is almost as bad a leap as it was from tier1 to tier2. And that's just weapons or armor, you can't mix them together for a combined point-total because Training affects offense and defense separately.

Cut the Training cost in half pls.

Can someone explain to me the benefit of tier 2 weapons/armor? Maybe I just haven't figured out how you could upgrade from tier 1 to tier 2 without losing 25-30% of my offense points.

There is no benefit to anything beyond tier1 weapons and armor. Maybe if there was a cap set on military sizes then you'd be forced to upgrade items, but with virtually limitless troop capacity it's best to just keep training and buying tier1.

tier1 items have a 0.8 point-per-gold cost effectiveness.

max tier have a 0.4 ppg rate.

It's just not worth it. I've talked to Josh about this, but he couldn't care less and I don't see anybody with the means to change it thinking too much about it.
