Because sometimes, video game stuff is important but doesn't warrant a new thread. Just throw all your mini-messages in here.
For starters, I'm pretty excited for inFAMOUS. Looks like it'll be a blast. Not necessarily a full out masterpiece, but a good amount of fun nonetheless.

Probably the only game coming out that I know of that excited me was Dragon Age. I've liked BioWare's stuff that I've played and checked out a short article on a demo in some gaming magazine or another. Looked pretty awesome.

Been following Dragon Age since before it was "Dragon Age: Origins" and I'm pretty excited about it.
Anyone who's looking for some fairly mindless fighting robot action should DEFINITELY check out Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2. There's a ton of collection/unlocking stuff that you can go through and do and the new Mission Mode gives it more replayability than any of the other Dynasty Warriors games. Which is excellent.
Also looking forward to Infamous in a couple weeks.

Just saw the trailer for that. Looks gory and gritty. I like.

Dynasty Warriors consistently gets bad reviews, and I consistently buy them, because I know they're good, mindless fun. I plan to pick Gundam 2 up when it comes down in price.

I am completely confident that you will not be disappointed.
Also ended up buying a new copy of Custom Robo Arena for the Nintendo DS. Anyone who has never played a Custom Robot game should. They're a lot of fun. The story is extremely "meh" but you get to choose all these weapons and different model robos and just gundam faito.

Just saw that a Johnny Bravo game is coming out for the DS within the next day or two.
It'll probably suck (it was named something like 'Date-O-Rama'), but it's great to see that Mr. Bravo is still out and about.

I feel so out of touch with the gaming world right now. I have no idea what big name titles are coming out, and when.
Right now I'm craving a rpg, haven't played a good one for so, so long. Has anyone played that new Star Ocean game on the 360?

I rented it.
I don't know, Star Ocean didn't deserve the horrible reviews it got, but the battle system and camera angles annoyed the shit out of me. Voice acting left something to be desired too, but it wasn't too bad. If you're a graphics whore, though, you'll enjoy that aspect of the game.
Anyway, if this is just for random gaming messages, I just got a hold of Left 4 Dead a few days ago, and I really enjoy it. My wife and I have been playing it a lot. <.<;

Just played it today. I was on an 8-win streak until I lost to Wanderlei Silva.

I just won the Light Heavyweight Title. I'm 22-9.
I love the feeling of accomplishment you get. You literally train your guy up between fights and you start from nothing until you get a champ. I fought Forrest Griffin around the start of my career and he choked me out in the first round. I got my ass kicked.
I fight him now, about 20 fights later and knock him out in the 2nd round to win the belt. I feel like I really worked for that. I spent a lot of time and effort getting to be that good.

Yeah, I won the belt, too. Beating Griffin, actually.
My loss to Silva was just embarrassing. He immediately grabbed me and kneed me in the face half a dozen times. ~.~ But yeah, the sense of accomplishment when I came back and won a decision against him was sweet.
