Dumb customers are a fact of life.

I had someone call me today looking for a part. She didn't know what it was called or what it was used for. Or what it did. Or anything.

So, basically, I could have selected anything in our inventory to fit her description. It was astounding. And she had the nerve to be angry with me for not being able to read her mind over the phone and figure out what she wanted.

I've never listened to the second half of that album. The first half is pretty great, though.

I love Mexico. It's home to both my favourite foods (nachos, enchiladas, pretty much anything in that vein) and my favourite beer (Corona). The hotel I went to was all inclusive, too, so I could refill all day free. It was awesome. Have yourself a good time.

That was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. Thoroughly playful, yet classy. Didn't feel terribly contrived. An honest, heart-felt expression of joy.
