SUGGESTION: Character Feedback sub-forum

I am suggesting the implementation of a sub-forum for topics like the ones that me and Vad have recently posted in the RPG Discussion.

The premise is, basically, that everyone gets their own topic in this sub-forum (which would make most sense as a child-forum off of the RPG Discussion), much like the Roster. Anyone who wants to provide feedback on a person's character can in these threads.

Of course, it would be up to the individual member to post the threads at all, and if any individual doesn't want criticism, they can always make that known if they decide to make a thread anyway.

People barely C&C as it is, I don't think we need to spread it out and more.

I think people would C&C more if this option was available, however.

Perhaps I overestimate the amount of times people read other people's posts.

I read people's posts, not all, but a good amount, and most of the time i CnC through AIM.

I would absolutely love something like this, but, like Belle implied, I don't think it would actually get used.

I really dig the idea of feedbacking a character instead of a storyline.

Well, I'm just thinking like, there are always times when people are reading other people's posts, as in when a group is roleplaying together, or in a saga, or, when someone is grading fights etc. If they are particularly struck by something that could be polished or something that should be praised, that provides a quick and easy place for it.

I think of a rhythm of reciprocity, where 'you scratch my back I'll scratch your's' takes place, the forum could see quite a bit of use.

We'll see. It'll be a sweet effort if nothing else.
