Fox aren't Obama fans obviously, so if they are saying he's a Natural Born Citizen- he's gotta be one.

The fact is that he released his birth certificate, which is legal evidence that he was born in Honolulu. But people want to see his long form which isn't even necessary since the Director of Health in Hawaii went on record as stating she has seen the long form and verified it's authenticity.

Not only that but the Birth Certificate which he released says "Honolulu" as place of birth, it would only say that if was put on his long form. You can't have a State and City in the US as your place of birth unless you were actually born there.

You can get a Hawaiian birth certificate even if you were born somewhere else, but even then it will state your birth in the country you were born and you couldn't do that until 20 years after Obama was born.

I am not sure what to think on this subject, but I think it is definately being used to stir up trouble. (as in misdirection) I guess they think it is better to question the legitimacy of the president than the legitimacy of the government as a whole.

COLB is a Birth Certificate, it's the short form. It's printed out based on the long form of your birth certificate, and it is by law considered legal and factual documentation of your birth.

You can get a passport with that sucker.

Nothing about his certificate is flawed, it's been examined by many different people and the State of Hawaii and the Health Director have gone on record stating that they have seen his original Birth Certificate.

The fact that it states his birth place as Honlulu, Oahu is all the evidence you need. A COLB can be obtained by children born to American parents on foriegn soil, but that law didn't exist until 20 years after Obama was born and even then the Birth Certificate will list the birth place as being whatever foreign country you were born in.

For his COLB to say that he was born in Honlulu means that they have proper documentation of Barack's birth in Hawaii.

The State Director of Health speaks for the State of Hawaii since she oversees that documentation and has gone on record as stating she has seen Barack Obama's proof of birth in the State of Hawaii.

COLB's only display information from the long form, and while it's possible for foreign born children to American parents to get an Hawaiian COLB- it's not possible to get one stating you were born in Honolulu unless there is a record of that birth.

Yeah, of course. That's why he let three independent groups to actually touch his COLB and it's still widely circulated and even news stations such as CNN are putting it up without any problems.
