Seems like the character system is up now, everyone should check it out. It's run by one of the former Admins from the old days of Chubbs, who also created VS if you were around for that one.
If anyone asks though, you didn't come from Chubbs. ;D

Yup, VS was good and it looks like he brought it back better than ever. Their character system is kickass too.

I was actually referred to this earlier today. Looks like good stuff.

I've been keeping up with this on Facebook. If not for my severe lack of motivation/time to actually get myself to roleplay, I would one hundred percent be on this. His coding skills blow Jeroen out of the water.

I'd consider joining up if it weren't for the fact that I have waaaaay too much on my plate already. Between here, FL, WoW, Warhammer, beta-testing CO and other forum crap, my free time is pretty compressed.
Lot of information, though. Meaty, even if it's afflicted with horrible, horrible grammar issues.

Well, if it makes any of you guys feel better, they are going through a really rough time there with activity too, partially due to staff having some tough life situations due to the economy and partially just the season.

Between trying to get started again on Chubbs and AD I don't have time for another RPG right now (joined FL and got nowhere). Very impressive coding though. And if they want to member-swap with AD, I'd be more than willing - right now I'm in the midst of a recruitment drive myself.

Wow the way the site is coded is awesome. I should kick FL back in gear and use the writer's block of my mate's to try this...

You do realize it's just a forum like this one, just with various coding to make some elements of the site feel more 'game-like', right?
That said, I made a user but eventually I dropped dead of writer's block. I do have a week of holiday coming up on Friday with no real projects between here and then though, should be more than able to manage both Chubbs and this...

Well, true that, just in my ears (uh, eyes?) sounded like you were referring to a 'real' game, e.g. program. I don't think anyone else from Chubbs play this though, didn't catch anyone there when I was on from time to time anyway.

It's all kinds of bad. Or it was at the time. Could have changed since then.

There was a time when the writing here was not as good as it is now.

Yeah. I was bad at one time too. We all were. Doesn't mean that I should be chomping at the bits to take a step backwards, so to speak. It's cool that people are having fun there, if they're having fun there. It just doesn't look like something I could get into.

i don't base my interest and possible chance of enjoyment in a game depending on how the other players are, i join and see how i like the game and enviroment and go from there. so far i've met some people here whos rping could be better but i like the game and the way i can play my character and it just grows on you.
