No. Every week, you get 200 zeni and 13 training points. If you were to half that, that means you would get 100 zeni and 7 training points (the 6.5 rounds up, in this case). Thus, that means that for the 100 zeni you are receiving, you are also receiving 7 training points. In the same way, if someone wanted to buy training points from you, you would have to give 7 training points for the 100 zeni he/she pays you. This would be done in order to keep things balanced. 100 zeni per 7 training points keeps the weekly training balanced. 100 zeni for 1 training point could get you 1300 zeni in a week, which just isn't fair. The rate I suggested is what would keep things fair.

And you would have to meet the person IC, just as you would when purchasing anything else from another character.
