If you get banned from something, then one of two things should happen. Either it was a specific staff implemented ban, in which you should receive a PM stating the cause and a notation should be placed on the Warnings board, or it is an automatic ban/suspension via the forum's infraction system, which should also document this on the Warnings board and in your PM (at least the portion where you received said Infraction - I can't say if it will then automatically say "User's Infraction Level Resulted in Ban/Suspension" or not, but I wouldn't expect it to.)

If neither of these happen, then in the largest likelihood, you have not been banned or suspended (or had access removed), but should still contact either Kaden or Ander (Josh does not care) and explain the situation through PM or another private method. They should attempt to assist you, however, I wouldn't place too much hope in anyone sympathizing if the PM begins as a chance to make accusations ("Yo, I can't really access _____ anymore. Was I banned from it for some reason?" as opposed to "FUCKING FIGURES YOU STAFF NAZIS WOULD BAN ME JUST FOR SAYING SOMETHING YOU DISAGREE WITH, GOD YOU SUCK" just to find out that your antivirus or something has been the problem, which happens from time to time.)

I was informed by another staffer that my post was being interpreted as me doing everything I can to flame and paint members in a negative light.

I'd like to apologize for that and will try to word it better and more professionally in the future. That was in absolutely no way my intention. This goes to anyone who might have felt offended by my previous post in this thread.

On topic: I don't think the chatbox (given that its a separate system) will automatically notify the member of a banning. I do believe that the staff member responsible should notify you in such an event to at least let you know, but it would be better to have an admin confirm this than to take my word for it as I can't confidently quote policy here.
