Temporary Absence
#1
Recently I've been neglecting Chubbs in light of various projects and class assignments I've had piled on within the last few weeks. Because of that, I haven't been able to find time to write nevertheless take in a moment's rest so I want to reluctantly withdraw myself till sometime over Christmas break when things have settled down and I can finally get through with these hardcore classes I've thrown myself into.

That being said I'd also like to take the opprotunity to revamp Ares a little bit. At first I was content but as things progressed it really started becoming a chore- luckily I picked up one or two things while writing with others that I'd like to incorporate and hopefully have a bit more fun with it next time around.

I'll be outlining the character in my absence and hope to return with deeper, more reader-pleasing plots and background.

For Orion; sorry for leaving you hanging like that for so long. Been a balancing act with all the work and misfortunes I've had this year >.>

Fighting to the bitter end is an advantage when your opponent does not wish to perish.

I have the ground work for the character I wish to change to so I thought I might get the name change and the profile set in place.

What's the terms for the change? I feel like a heel for changing though leaving a character in the afterlife but I just don't feel an attachment to the style his personality carries. I'll work with whatever it takes to get this rolling, I just really just want to get back to having an outlet for writing.

Your CA will revert back to 500, and you'll lose all your techs/custom techs. The only thing you'd get to keep is your unspent XP.

Does honesty earn respect or inspire revenge? Is it smarter to attack the strong or annihilate the weak?

Name: Wolfgang

Age: 11

Race: Saiyan

Sex: Male

Starting Planet: Earth

Profession: Unemployed

Fighting Style: Despite the few schoolyard tiffs, which he avoided with a ramped retreat across the playground, Wolfgang has never actually been involved in a fight of any kind. Fearing conflict, he shy's away from any and all who approach him including clamming up should a situation turns unavoidable.

Short Bio: The best recollection of the child's past remains out of touch for even the toddler to gather- having never questioned his upbringing by Earthling foster parents since he was a baby he never had a reason to wonder otherwise.

Attending an elementary school as a sixth grader he excels at history and English though math, science, and any type of physical sport is a different story entirely. When attempting any type of coordinated movements he's noticed that something just doesn't click making any running or balancing a truly difficult ordeal.

General Description: To some degree what a typical preteen child would be seen wearing, his favorite being a dark blue tee and a dirty looking brown bomber jacket torn a little at the sleeve. Jean pants are almost a staple everyday wear with the exception of shorts every now and then.

His hair is at a constant disarray and oddly enough never seems to grow longer than its current length- setting several strains just above his eyes, leaving it a little long in the back.

Starting Abilities: Inner Strength, Time Stop

Trait: Compassionate

Stats: (all must be a combined total of 100%, with the exception of choosing Inner Strengh as an Ability, which gives you an extra 15%)

* Strength - 35%
* Focus - 20%
* Endurance - 45%
* Agility - 15%

Role-play Sample: (minimum 300 words)

His last breath held itself deep within his chest well aware that any foul misfortune could easily strike at any given moment, something far more disastrous than he cared to imagine. Inching its way across the broadest portion of the precarious elder leaf coiled along the smallest caterpillar he'd ever seen as his head eclipsed the sun above it. It's path over the amber foliage shivered what once was a feast for the insect, having been made holey in the course of its adventures.

Slowly a chubby digit moved to intercept the weary wanderer who, at the impeding obstacle, rose up on its hind end to assess the situation at a more clearer altitude.

"Come on," whispered the boy under his breath. "You can't stay here little guy."

With a startling pain to his side he fell from his crouch to the damp grass near the base of the planter he helped filled, the pigment in the turf staining his initially pristine blue jeans with an unbecoming emerald splotch. Groaning, Wolfgang lifted his palm from the concrete steps laying nearby to find a rough patch of tattered skin had been scratched into his hand that now stung as his body received word of the wound.

From where he sat he could hear the shake of the tree nearby followed by the laughter of children as a shuffle of grass gave way to pressure. Turning to see what had become of his little friend did he find the branch torn from where it grew- the caterpillar was no where to be found.

The snickering continued from across the way.

"What's wrong with you?" snapped a brunette haired boy, somehow displeased seeing the child so interested in playing with the bug. "Do you even talk?" a laugh circled the group he resided with in almost as cruel a tone to be expected of a mob.

"Where is he?" carefully on shaking legs he stood, tears welling in the ducts of his eyes under the overbearing pressure of the other children and their scrutinizing gazes.
