I assume Psychos have great telekinesis...

So how would the 'push' ability match up betwen each other? Or is that where Focus/CA come in?

Mostly it's where Focus/CA comes in.

Wind also wouldn't be able to manipulate things as precisely. With Wind Ki you could, say, pop a box into the air and then hurl it towards an opponent with a gust of wind, but you'd have a pretty hard time using the same box for something like intercepting an attack.
